For the price I don’t think there’s a better monitor out there. Read a review that claimed it wasn’t bright enough but I don’t think I would make this monitor brighter if I had the option to. For me it is more than bright enough and also for the sake of my eyes the brightness levels are perfect. Colors are great and performance is great. Quality build. Easy to set up and easy to use. Running 120hz for my PS5. Happy with my purchase!

Love love love , perfect!!
Coming from a 24 inch monitor it was a huge adjustment but eventually i got used to it. The brightness levels are just fine for my liking. The picture quality is amazing and i love it!! Great monitor for the price!! Can't beat it !!

Great colours, very robust
I've been using this for about 6 months now and really enjoy it. The colours are amazing.
I just opened a bottle of champagne and accidentally hit my monitor dead on with the cork, and the monitor is fine like nothing happened. 11/10 would recommend.

Affordable and Reliable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this monitor for a short time, but so far it is met all my expectations. I was looking for a new monitor upgrade to support 1440p gaming and after hours of research including reading and watching reviews, this model repeatedly emerged as a top contender. I certainly could have went with it's smaller (and decidedly excellent) 27-inch cousin, but for the price I treated myself to the 32-inch.
The cost was a bit of an extravagance, yes, but not unreasonably so. The build quality is high, and setup was easy and quick, with HDMI, DisplayPort, power cable and the monitor-to-computer USB cable all included and saving me that extra bit of shopping or scrounging. I did anticipate that I would have to tinker with the settings for the best viewing experience, but to my surprise this was not so. Whether this was due to factory defaults or an enterprising technician somewhere along the way, I do not know, but it was appreciated. All in all, the monitor has done exactly what I have needed it to do. As stated, setup was a breeze, largely in part to the versatility of viewing angle, larger screen-size and height adjustment. The rotating feature is also neat, though I currently do not use it, but it is nice to have the option should I ever need it . While others may disagree, the unit really does not have a huge footprint. The legs are well-placed and have a notably degree of clearance for cables and cord if needed, while providing a very stable platform. This combined with convenient USB hub and "cable hook" — I cannot really call the latter "cable management" — allowed me to greatly improve my space efficiency.
I highly recommend this monitor for anyone looking for a solidly built, versatile gaming monitor that delivers excellence performance.

Beautifull and fast Nano IPS monitor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I play a lot of competitive games, and I switched to this from the 144hz VA panel. At first when I turned on the monitor, the black was a little too washed out, and I dropped the brightness from 100 (it was way too high) percent to 80 and it really helped a lot. I set the contrast to 70. and oh boys how beautiful and vibrant the colors are on this monitor! I played Halo Infinite at 180 Hz with a FAST setting and the experience is awesome. The rich color scheme and smooth high frames make this monitor worth every euro.
The only downside is that Blur reduction can't be used with 180hz, but I didn't notice blur and tailing at 180hz at all, so it's not a negative thing for me. Thanks to its colors and speed, this allows you to both plays competitively and edit the images and videos. Gp850 has been found in many reviews to be one of the best IPS game monitors and I can say that now, after a few game nights, I am very pleased.

Great Gaming Monitor
I bought this to replace a way more expensive LG 34” 21:9 144HZ monitor that I just couldn’t get the frame rate I wanted (144) with two RTX 2080 Super Hydro Coppers. So with this monitor I am getting 165 frame rate a 165HZ no OC and 1 RTX 2080 Super Hydro Copper. With video cards be way overpriced these days (stupid) a good monitor great Frame Rate and HZ balance is a must and LG has it pegged with this bad boy! Playing Call of Duty Vanguard the colors can be washed out and hard to see the other players unless you use NVIDA Experience which carries a lot of baggage, but with this monitor all I have to do is go into settings change from gamer1 to HDR like and you are not putting the monitor in HDR you just adjusting the colors and in game everything is brilliant. You can see your enemies so clearly. With this new monitor the crosshairs stay in I do not have to turn them on every Time I turn the monitor on and I love that! Right out of the box super easy to set up. I did purchase a longer DP cable and made sure it was capable so no issues there. LG awesome job.
The one thing I wish could get better is G-Sync. If it was true G-Sync the game would be so much smoother.

Excellent colours
Just bought this one a few days ago and I must say I’m very happy. There’s only one issue and that it has a bit of light bleed in the bottom right corner but other than that it’s a solid purchase for me. I use it for flight simulation and it’s very nice and smooth with GSYNC.

Amazing Speed, Clarity, Color and Brightness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using non-gsync monitors for a while because most of what I do is photo and video editing. When I upgraded to this LG I was blown away when I turned it on and started running it through its paces. The brightness is unreal and the 165 fps frame rates I'm getting in COD make game play amazing. There are details I'm able to see with this monitor that I simply missed before with a lesser monitor. Now I know why I was being seen when I couldn't see others in game. All of that being said the feature and the quick ability to switch between a game mode and an anti blue light mode for reading is amazing. I just have to be sure to turn off the anti-blue light when editing photos and video. This monitor allows you to see graphics at their greatest potential and makes working with photos and video much more pleasant as you aren't always wondering if your colors are right. Everything about this monitor is premium you should definitely get one.

I like the clean, simple lines and no annoying power light to distract you as with some other monitors. The menu and controller is easy to use. I would recommend and actually have to my friends.

I was worried that it might be too big once i took it out of the box, but after i had it setup and played a few games its awesome. Its way more immersive than my 27" monitor it replaced. The IPS screen is a big upgrade from a TN screen, the colors are better and viewing angles are much improved. For me the 1440p resolution is great, that extra boost over 1080p is very noticeable. My computer is able to handle gaming at high frame rates in 2k where it would be a problem at 4k. I love the overclocked 180hz refresh rate, its buttery smooth when i am playing games. Its great because its compatible with Gsync and Freesync so no matter which graphics card you have you will be covered. The monitor looks awesome and is highly adjustable with the built in stand. You can adjust height, tilt and rotation, you can even rotate the monitor 180 degrees and have a vertical setup. The inputs are good, you get 1 display port with 2 hdmi ports, audio out, and a build in usb hub with 2 ports, its great for your keyboard and mouse. I would recommend this monitor to any gamers out there, its awesome.

More than just a gaming monitor!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly its more than just a monitor in my book. The LG 32GP850-B is a very versatile monitor. The monitor supports 1440P resolution in HDR and works perfectly with the Xbox Series X|S consoles that support 1440P and FreeSync. The monitor has two HDMI 2.0 ports and 1 Display port 1.4 and has Aux-in for speaker system and a USB 3.0 hub built right in. The monitor came in a large box that showed what was being delivered just in case you wonder about how it ships to you. The monitor came a bit banged up on the sides but there is enough Styrofoam to protect it. The unboxing is simple and everything including the stand is laid out on the opposite of “this side front” for ease of access. I am personally not using the included stand, but the stand has cable management built into it and easy to mount and unmount on the back of the monitor with the included release button. Yes, the LG 32GP850-B supports VESA, and it is located inside the stand hole. The monitor supports G-SYNC and FreeSync in 160HZ with a PC and overclockable to 180HZ via the monitors built in settings. Which is awesome for some multiplayer FPS games like Call of Duty, Apex and Overwatch. I like that the monitor has a built-in hub for file transfer or to hook up your keyboard and mouse. I do not recommend plugging in things to be charge by the built-in hub because it does not have enough power output to charge a device like an iPhone or any phone in general. Like I stated before this is more then just a monitor and if you get a good stereo sound system and a good streaming device you can use it for not just gaming but for content like Netflix, Hulu, HBOMAX in HDR. I will recommend this monitor to my friends that also play MMORPGs and FPS games with me because of its great overall value with content. Life's Good when you have amazing picture quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This would be my first computer monitor I've used that went beyond Full HD; the Quad HD (QHD) panel is simply amazing. I thought having a good video card was enough, but it wasn't until I hooked this up did I truly understand how good a monitor can make regular gaming, great!
What's not to love about this? QHD resolution, 165hz refresh rate (can OC to 180hz), 1ms response time, HDR 10, G-Sync compatible, the list goes on.
First thing I noticed when I unboxed it was that it appeared very simple. The display itself is not very flashy. It has a really thin bezel, which is great, but it's only when you turn it on do you really notice the amazing secret hidden beneath such a simple looking display. The colors that this monitor produces is amazing. I actually find myself want to game more simply because the monitor produces such rich imagery that I don't want to look away.
The slim profile allows it to tilt up/down with a larger range of motion compared to my previous monitor. The height is adjustable and is easily done with little to no resistance. The stand is a very sturdy and cool looking V shape that doesn't take up too much desk space.
Booting up my computer it immediately detected G-Sync compatibility with my video card. Love the Plug N Play aspect of this.
Monitor comes with both HDMI and DisplayPort cables so you're good to go.

Best gaming monitor ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing monitor! I am so in love with the massive size and the super high quality that it displays. The design is beautiful and it looks like a piece of art. I’m so glad I got the 32 inch size instead of the 34 because it would have made my peripheral view uncomfortable with my setup. So make sure that you take size into account according to your desk setup. I can tilt and rotate the screen with its base in any way I need it and that is a huge plus!
The stand is a space hog so make sure you have a deep desk to make use of it, otherwise you’d have to either mount it to the wall or use another desk mount. Gaming and watching videos, well, it’s unimaginably breathtaking! It comes with the necessary cables (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB Up-Stream) and a U clip that lets you route your mouse cable through it and it clips to either the left or right side of the bottom frame. Also, you might have some issues with entering Bios with the monitor using DisplayPort, so if you do, just do a search for CSM, secure boot or DisplayPort fix.
It lets you select through different viewing modes like for gaming, HDR, reading, etc. which makes me love it even more. I connected my speakers directly to it and it also has 2 USB Down-stream ports that I connect my mouse or keyboard to. I have also connected my PS5 and Xbox Series X to play and of course I’m blown away! This is the best monitor ever and it’s such a great pleasure to own.
I highly recommend it and you won’t be disappointed in the investment! Disclaimer: I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinions.

amazing monitor!

Setting it up is super easy too. It has all of the ports and plugins I need to get started! Once I got everything plugged in, I just turned it on and voila! Ready to go! I use this monitor every single day, because I do a lot of gaming. I also like to use it for tweaking the pictures I take because this monitor makes them look so much better! The quality this monitor brings to my photos is astounding. I love it! For gaming, this monitor is amazing too! I love that it's so crystal clear and the refresh rate is amazing too. The colors are so crisp and bright and the g-sync compatibility is a great feature too. I love not having to worry about my screen going all crazy because of the refresh rate and the frame rates! This makes it so my game doesn't look all jumbled on the screen. The size of the screen is perfect for me too! I love that it's bigger because again, it makes gaming that much better! I think everyone needs to get one of these monitors! I highly, highly recommend it. It is the best gaming monitor I have ever had!

Great HDR with HFR
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the LG 32GP850-B because I capture gameplay footage in HDR and edit that footage. My previous monitor didn’t have HDR so it was tough to see what I was editing until I uploaded it and watched it on a TV. This monitor has HDR so I can actually see what I’m editing correctly. This monitor is 1440p so I can see images nice and clearly and has a 165Hz refresh rate so games look amazing on it. On top of that, you can overclock the monitor to display at 185Hz which makes it even faster. I always plug my computer into a monitor using DisplayPort because it supports the highest frame rate and the monitor’s G-SYNC technology which reduces screen tearing when frame rates are higher. It also supports FreeSync if you have an AMD graphics card. This monitor is a monster in size at 32”. It is practically a small TV, perfect for streaming Netflix and Hulu. The Netflix Windows app even let me watch in HDR! You can also plug a USB cable from the monitor to your computer and use the high-speed USB ports on the monitor. The monitor comes with cables too, so you don’t need to go out and purchase a DisplayPort cable or an HDMI cable to use those features. It can also rotate 90 degrees to give you a smart phone orientation, if you are more comfortable with that for work documents in multiple windows. I am extremely happy with this monitor and would recommend it to all of my friends and family. DISCLAIMER: I received this product at a discounted price in return for my honest review.

Great monitor for the price!

Great Features, Lower Price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the monitor over a month ago and use it for all my game consoles and occasionally my laptop because of the bigger display. I wish it had built in speakers because playing Nintendo switch games require you to have a headset plugged in directly to the switch so I have to sit very close to the screen to get audio. Although I could just buy some speakers but I’m too cheap atm. I like the 1440p and the 32 inches. The setting for response time has “Faster” “Fast” “Normal” and “off” and fair warning the fast and especially faster modes cause the edges of objects moving fast to become bulky and rainbow colored as they move which I hadn’t noticed till I started playing Mario kart up close.
