LG really does make life not just good but better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although whoever installed this washer/dryer tower combo failed to remove the shipping bolts on the washer which caused a horrible scraping noise and and unbalanced spin. After contacting LG as well as the builder of my home, the bolts were removed by the builder and both washer and dryer are working quietly and flawlessly.
I would highly recommend LG for this washer/dryer combo. My LG Refrigerator and OLED TV work as flawlessly as the above mentioned.

Love how well it operates!

The tub would only hold a small amount of water, so when I was doing a larger load I would have to put a couple of buckets of water in the tub. The machine was very noisy. Our son has this same LG Washtower and it works great at his business. We are loving it doing the laundry. It is a very quite machine and very efficient.

So far, SO good! We put the WashTower in a small laundry closet upstairs by our Primary Bedroom and I was worried about the noise but it's really quiet and has such quick cycles, I feel like I'm caught up on laundry for the first time ever with my 3 kids!

Making Laundry Fun!

We like the appearance and functionality, especially the control in the center of the tower. My wife isn't that tall, so the controls being placed there make it very convenient for her. The tower is also very quiet when it is working except for the alarm that lets us know the cycle has ended. The volume is just right to allow us to hear wherever we are in our home. WE would definitely recommend this machine to others.

Great solution to smaller spaces!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my LG washtower! Having had a LG set in the past, I wanted them in my current home, but our ceiling height is low. We remodeled our bathroom to bring the laundry upstairs from the basement and this washtower was a perfect choice (it fit with enough clearance to maneuver into place!) Having the control panel in the middle is a bonus and so convenien!
The features and cycle choices are awesome and it does everything my old set did AND MORE! If you don’t use the LG ThinQ app you are not using the appliance to its fullest and best capacity because of the numerous cycles options available for download. And it notifies my watch when a cycle is done too!!

Loving my LG Washtower!!
After a recent visit to my local home improvement center, I knew I wanted stackable/front loading machines for my small walk-in laundry room in an effort to maximize floor space to allow for additional storage options. Being vertically challenged, I found it difficult to reach the controls for the top unit without a step stool and was very excited to find the Washtower solved my space and accessibility concerns without sacrificing capacity. Cycle customization and monitoring for both washer and dryer is easy with the use of the LG ThinQ app. Can’t recommended this product enough!

It's pretty quiet. Both washer and dryer have a chime at the end of the cycle. It should have a reminder chime too. The washer and dryer take longer to wash and dry than my previous set but it's on Energy Efficient so that's why.
When the dryer is on auto after selecting "Delicates" it tends to leave the clothes damp. I have to use the time dry to get my delicates dry.
It washes and cleans the clothes and linens very well.
I haven't tried using the app. Haven't d/l it at all. Not something I would use.

Overall great appliance
We got our new washtower the first week of June. There are a lot of control options! I found my way to what cycles I like best. I'm pleased with most every feature. I wish the doors opened the opposite way due to our space, but it is managed how it is. I did not think I would care about the ThinQ app, but have found that feature very useful.

Every item that I have from them still works -phones, tablets, earbuds, TV’s, Fridges.
This is the first tower that I have had and I love it!
It’s space-saving, Uber modern, and it performs efficiently (my electric bill has decreased)! I also know that the clothes are cleaner than my old side-by-side rival machine.
I was a bit worried about having this type of washer because I owned a similar one in the past (not LG) and the smell was still stinky after the cleaning cycle.
LG is transparent in their instructions in caring for the machine. There is no musty smell in the drum. This fits any household and can handle your delicates and heavy duty loads! It’s pretty quiet too! An adjustable chime when done for both machines. The app is a great tool for this machine as well! The cost I paid was also great with a promotion.

I LOVE this LG Range!!
I wish you offered more than just 5 stars, I would like to give it 10 out of 10. My LG gas range far exceeded my expectations from functionality to striking good looks. It consistently performs all tasks and was very easy to learn how to use the functions. The Easy Clean function is so simple and fast (10 minutes) that I clean the oven nearly nightly so it's always sparkly. I haven't tried the air fryer function just yet but have no doubt it will perform as all the other functions - this range simply does what it promises.

Does this combo have one or two electric cords? …what I have now is basically one piece and only one cord. I only have one plug in the back so I wouldn’t be able to plug in both pieces if there are two cords..
