It's easy to operate , and has a 30 second button that I particularly like. Great for reheating beverages . It looks great above my new Amana Electric Range !!! In my opinion Amana appliances are high quality products. My washer and dryer are also Amana . I had Amana appliances in my previous home as well.

Lots and lots of room for cooking. Went in very easy with the instructions. There are some nice features like the fan with the filter and the light that are easy to locate and operate. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the sparks flew in my old over the stove microwave, I knew that I needed a new one. I wanted a name brand that has been around a while and that would fit over my stove. I started my hunt for a replacement at several large home appliance stores. I settled for the Amana for a number of reasons. It was just one inch lower than my old microwave and the amount of wattage was just under twice what "old spark" had. Which has altered how I cook and warm things in the new Amana. It takes less time to reheat left overs as well as making my tea. I now can boil water in 2 minutes instead of 5.
