Can't be happier
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Bosch dishwasher for twelve years and there were a few things going wrong and it led us to search for a replacement. There was no doubt it was going to be a Bosch and the 500 series was our target. We've been very happy with it so far. It cleans incredibly well, whispers through the cycle so we can run it while still working or having a conversation in the kitchen. We've downloaded the app and have used it a few times as well. The "delay" setting can only be done from the app (I do wish you could do that on the physical unit) and requires some study time but that's a minor issue.

Excellent after initial setup
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a really hard time getting the WiFi set up and getting it to accept any settings. The learning curve is steep! I had to watch lots of videos, and after giving up I came back to it the next day and it suddenly was happy, and I was able to set it up in less than a minute. Guess it just needed to get comfortable in its new home. After that it's been great. Really love the auto open dry feature!

Very Good Like the Last One

It has been excellent so far, we would like see the operating instuctions to have more information, needs to be like the previous manual on operating and to increase the size of the basket/tray for silverware, as this one is much smaller.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a quiet machine, looks good on the outward appearrence, but it can have a larger or offer an extended toe piece to cover down to the floor. There is energy savings for power and water, and this should continue to the paperwork and it can save the trees by not supplying paper for instructiions and warrenty and have 1 piece of paper woth the weblink, etc. Packaging should be all material that is recyclable. This unit replaced a similiar Bosch unit that lasted for 15 years until parts started to break. There is a top drawer for flatware. This is a bad idea as items in this drawer do not get clean. Provide a larger basket and scrape the drawer. Other then that, it was the BEST model and brand in the marketplace.

Super Quiet!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this dishwasher now for several months and we couldn't be happier. For one it is the quietest dishwasher we've ever had which is great. It also does a great job cleaning the dishes. My favorite feature is the top rack that provides an extra space for the smaller items. My only issue is that it is not as good at drying the dishes as other units I've owned in the past but it does seem to help when using drying aids and the auto air feature. Highly recommended!

Repeat purchase due to quality

I got over 10 years with the previous Bosch and we have always been happy with the quality and performance.

Dishes come out clean and shiny .I also love the smart connect app. It was easy to connect to the phone , and the app lets you know when the cycle is complete, and with the auto air option it opens the door after the cycle . It also lets you know when you running low on rinse aid. It's great device overall, and worth every penny .

More than happy
We were sad when our old Asko dishwasher finally gave out, because none of the other brands of dishwashers we had used had been nearly as good. But after we got used to this one, we love it! We weren't sure the top 3rd rack would be useful, but we use it all the time. And this dishwasher is even quieter than our old Asko was. Everything gets really clean very efficiently.

Having a moveable height rack is very convenient! It does a fantastic job cleaning all the dishes no matter how full it is. It runs so quietly I'm thankful for the light that shines on the floor while it runs. I like that it reminds me when it need rinse aid. There's nothing I don't like about my Bosch dishwasher!!
