Excellent, Quiet Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has a very clean-looking appearance and blends with our black stainless steel appliances well. It is extremely quiet throughout the wash cycle. The only time you really know it's running is when water is emptying into the kitchen sink drain. The WiFi and app is awesome because I'm bad about forgetting to run the dishwasher. When I empty it, I put the soap pod in the holder, then I can start it running any time I want.
The only issue I have is there is really not a good place to put larger items such as Pyrex casserole dishes without taking up a whole section of the bottom rack. Beside that, it cleans everything great and is very easy to use.

Better than our last Bosch dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 1st Bosch dishwasher lasted over 20 years. We loved it. We ordered another Bosch this year and are amazed it is even better. No clue how they do this but it appears the same size inside but holds WAY more than our previous. New top rack is incredibly useful, middle rack adjusts on both sides and the layout for the bottom rack holds more large items. Even the delivery driver said "can't go wrong with the best". For the "do it yourself" crowd, the installation is simple and straightforward. I love that the rear level adjustment is right in the front of the dishwasher for easy leveling.

The only sound I ever hear is just a slight gurgle when it drains. The various racks make loading all sorts of loads very easy to do, and the dishes are spotless every time.

Quiet and efficient

Bosch 800 Series Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my older Bosch dishwasher with a new 800 Series in 2024. This machine has two things going for it: 1: it's so quiet that I have to look at the light on the handle to see if it's running and 2: It does a great job washing and especially drying. I've never had glasses and dishes so completely dry in any dishwasher before.
This machine communicates with my phone and lets me select specialized settings if I want, and informs me when the washing cycle has finished.
About a week ago it also informed me that a leak was detected and that it was shutting down to prevent damage to my kitchen. It's under warranty and the crew is on the way with a new part.
I try never to generalize from insufficient data, and one repair call for my several Bosch appliances over several years does not diminish my enthusiasm for this high quality machine.

Easy to install, not impressed with the drying.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaces a 17 year old Bosch diswasher, which was trouble free it entire life, except for the last four months, as the pump would only operate if you banged on the door. I suspect it was just a failed relay on the controller board. The new unit is much easier to install, the water line (which you have to purchase) connects to a hose pipe fitting at the rear, the electrical line (provided) plugs into the rear, and the waste line also exits the rear.
For installation, you pull the diswasher out past the cabinets, connect the electrical, water, and waste lines that emerge from the lower corner of the cabinet that supports the sink, then just push it in while pulling on the lines from under the sink. In operation it is very quiet, does a great job cleaning, but I was disappointed in the drying, dishes are still damp. The door cannot be cracked open, it returns to the shut position. The control button operation seems odd, you swipe to select settings, then close the door, whereupon all lights and indicators are turned off.

Bosch is Best!
When my Bosch dishwasher had to retire after 16 years of great service, I knew I would buy another Bosch. The new version (2024) is even better than the old...you don't hear that very often these days! I literally never rinse anything before loading (only scrape if needed), and this Bosch cleans and dries each piece better than I could. There are options for targeted cleaning areas, as well as drying options. The third rack for silverware and flat pieces is a wonderful addition; I no longer worry about smaller items getting loose. Each time I unload it, I marvel at how crystal-clean everything is. Placement of items takes a little time to figure out, but there is SO much space in this machine. The ONLY negative thing I can say is that when it is running, I can not see the time-remaining window. That's not a big deal at all...just thought someone else might be curious of any negatives. One more positive: this machine is quiet.

So Far So Good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement of a 6 year old Bosch that started leaking through the main drive motor and the door. We liked the cleaning quality of the old one and the sound level. So far this one is on par with that and does exceptionally well for cleaning and quietness. The update to just a gentle white light on the door is a good touch compared to the red light on the floor of the previous model. I also like the increased power zones for pots/pans on the bottom. I however cannot stand that more and more companies are locking features behind an app. Why must I register on an app to get eco mode? That's absurd, just make it an option on the button console instead of having 3 separate ones related to app control.
