The number of options available for washing cycles allows the users to select a cycle that meets their needs. The shelves provide for placing many items of various sizes and numbers. The silverware shelf allows the user to separate the items when placing them in the washer rather than having to sort them when returning them to the drawer. It is also much quieter than our previous washer. Overall, it is a great device.

Great overall, but some things are unnecessary
The dishwasher is super quiet and cleans very well. My only complaint is the mobile app and Wi-Fi connectivity. It's unnecessary and complicates usage. I should be able to access all features directly on the dishwasher itself instead of going through a clunky mobile app. In fact, I don't want my kitchen appliances connecting to the internet at all. Super annoying. Luckily for Bosch, all the other capabilities of the dishwasher outweighs this one con.

Exceeding expectations so far!
Cleans as well or better than old unit, and without scrubbing everything first like we used to do. Most impressive to me is the silence. I thought the led shining on the floor was unnecessary/a gimmick... but without it (or looking at the generally solid mobile app) its hard to to tell when its on unless the drain pump is running. Even then its very quiet and runs only a short time.

That said, I LOVE this dishwasher! Our family is a constant cooking and baking house, this dishwasher has been used sometimes 4 times in a day. It has a 60 minute cycle that cleans everything....we have tested it with lots of dirty dishes, pots, and mixing bowls! Absolutely completely happy with this Bosch appliance!

The Best Dishwasher Ever!

This Bosch 800 Series is the best! It is SO quiet, the dishes come out the cleanest ever, and it is very easy to load. No matter the items to be loaded, the three racks are designed to provide great flexibility for each load, whether it is holiday china and glassware or all the odds ends of baking. I was not happy when our previous dishwasher died, but now I am so grateful. Thank you Bosh!

We bought the Bosch because of the excellent rating in Consumer Reports. It out performed other models.
And it has not disappointed. We've had our new Bosch about 6 weeks now. And it has performed admirably -- I've stacked it full of large bowls, roasting pans, fry pans and an oversized dog food bowl. The utensils tray on the top of the dishwasher is genius (a woman must have invented it.) It cleans very well, there is no nesting of spoons, forks, knives, etc. This frees up so much space below. I've yet to take something out of the dishwasher and wash it over to get dried on foods off.
This dishwasher is a total WIN/WIN
