wonderful induction cooktop, fast and sleek
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was used to gas cooktop and a bit concerned when i realize my new apartment didn't have gas line. however this inductoin cooktop has exceeded my expection. its fast and sleek, i was surprised how fast water boils. i really like the flexible combination of the burners, very varsitile. love it a lot. much much better than any other electric top stove i used in airbnbs or friend's place. the only thing is that its on the pricer side. but very happy with the upgrade.

Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great induction cooktop! Easy to install, use, and clean. Buttons on the front are easy to use and not prone to accidental touch. Inductions make a high pitched sound when on, but after using it a few times we hardly notice it, and it's much quieter than others.

Would Purchase Again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this cooktop for about a year now and would absolutely buy it again. We are serious about our cooking and usually prefer gas, but the design of the house didn't lend itself to a large vent hood. Excellent temperature control and responsiveness. Ability to join sections into one larger surface is more useful than I initially thought.

Best cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using an Induction cooktop. I have been a gas stove user my entire life and swore I would never use anything else. We decided to get this cooktop to be more environmental friendly and within the first few days using the cooktop, I am a lifer! The cooktop is so easy to use, so fast to boil water and heat pans, so easy to clean not just the cooktop but all my dishes. When using a gas stove, my pans always got a browning layer underneath the food that needed to be scrubbed .. not anymore! I love the kitchen time setting as well. Food tastes so much better as the entire experience of cooking is different!

Bosch is where it's at.
I purchased this stove top and was happy with it ever since. The cooking surface is large enough for every meal and I have no concerns of noise. Unfortunately I had to buy a whole new cookware set made for induction, but all the more reason to get the Demeyere Atlantis set that I've been eyeing for a while. The stove and those pots seem like they were made for each other. It only takes a few seconds to heat up to temp and it's easy to clean up. Once again, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone who's in the market for a heat induction cook top. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic Cooktop!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our Bosch Benchmark Induction Cooktop (NITP660UC) for just over a month now and it's absolutely fantastic. It's faster to heat, more responsive, and much easier to clean than our old high end Bertazzoni Gas cooktop.
Another benefit is the obvious reduction in indoor air pollution. Previously when using our gas cooktop, the indoor air sensors we have in our home would report very high PM2.5 pollution and our Winix air cleaner sensors would turn red. That's even with a window open and our high volume vent hood running at full blast. Now with our Induction cooktop, we don't have any measurable indoor air pollution contribution unless we're cooking something that generates excessive smoke. We can even leave our vent hood off and window closed.
The only downside is that while the cooktop is very easy to clean, you need to clean it after every use due to finger prints on the touch panel and any splatters on the cooktop. The touch panel is also a small challenge to read as our hood light tends to wash out the readings. But those are VERY minor issues.

Having fun learning how to cook on induction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very different from the gas stove I used to have, but I am having so much fun learning to cook all over again! I especially like the power boost insta-boil. I make a lot of soup and this helps tremendously! Learning curve on frying eggs, but have learned to turn fry pan to 7 until oil is heated and then down to 5 while cooking. Sooo easy to clean! Love this product!

Induction Cooktop cooking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Bosch Induction Cooktop NITP66OUC. I am new to induction cooking and thought it might be very complicated to use. It isn't if you can use a smart phone or smart TV. I bought induction cookware as my stainless steel set was many years old. I decided on top of the line cookware since I got a top of the line cooktop. Cooking has been fun and easy. I really like that only the surface where the pan is gets hot. You can change temperatures very quickly. The symbol H stays on after the cooktop is turned off until the surface is cool again. This happens in a short time. I am very glad I decided to switch. I have used electric then gas in the past. Thank you Bosch.

Big upgrade over my former induction cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop has much more flexibility than my old one from GE. Rather than being stuck with the circle burner zones, the flexible and square side zones are perfect for long griddles. The GE zones, while they could be paired, heated unevenly. Not so with this. The speed boost will boil water in no time. Also this is really quiet; I can hardly hear any fans inside. I am super impressed.

Really Nice Cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] his is a really nice cooktop. Easy to use, nice set of features. It has a button to work with an exhaust fan but unfortunately the downdraft island fan that we purchased from Bosch was not equipped with a compatible feature. It heats items up really quickly and has a feature to make that even faster if desired. It does require a 50 Amp line to operate. It looks great built into the Island. So far it has worked as advertised, with no issues. Recommended.

Great induction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new bosch benchmark induction cooktop. I'm still learning to use it effectively but so far it's great. I do want to invest in the auto Chef cookware, so that I can get the most out of the cooktop, but it does work well with my current cookware.

Induction, sweet induction!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just replaced our gas cooktop with the Bosch NITP660UC. We've had induction before and going back to gas in our new house was a huge disappointment. Induction is better in every way. My only (small) gripe is that the controls aren't tremendously intuitive and user-friendly. There is a learning curve.

Great purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an Bosch induction cooktop that I purchased in 2017 and it just never quite worked right. But I believe in the Bosch brand so I "upgraded" to the new wifi version and I could not be happier. It works perfectly and performs well every time. I highly recommend this cooktop. Better than gas and without the dangers of gas fumes in the house. Very HAPPY!

Great cooktop and cooking experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has taken some adjustment going from a gas cooktop to the induction range but I am impressed with the speed to boil and, after boiling over with some beans, I was was appreciative of the cooktop alerting and shutting off, saving me a larger mess and burnt pot. Not sure I will use the app much but it has provided a good setup shortcut. The child lock is also a great function. While I don't have kids I do have cats, whose paws set off the cooktop buttons. If not for the child lock they would have turned the range top on more than once.

The best stove I've ever owned or used!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of my married life, I've longed for a gas stove. But I live in a neighborhood where gas is unavailable. After my housekeeper broke my glass cooktop, it was finally my chance to purchase an induction cooktop. I LOVE it so much. Why? 1. It heats up super fast. 2. My pans stay clean on the outside, and the inside is much easier to clean, too. 3. It responds to me instantly. If something gets too hot, I don't have to pull it off the burner as I did on my electric stove. I turn it down, and it immediately adjusts the heat level. This is especially handy if something is boiling over. 4. Most of my pans were magnetic already, so that was not an issue. 5. Clean-up could not be simpler with a perfectly smooth surface. 6. I am not sure my new stove has made me a better cook, but it certainly has made me more eager to fix dinner. 7. Although it doesn't cook food faster, it doesn't take me nearly as long to fix dinner since I don't have to wait long for water or oil to come to temperature before I can start cooking. 8. I love cooking my whole dinner on a long cooking sheet that I can set up with different temperatures in different zones. It's easy to serve and easier cleanup.

Works well but takes getting used to controls
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with the cooktop but the controls are very different and took some time to learn how to use the cooktop. Have used gas cooktops for many years. One suggestion, hae the numbers light up as well as the control bar for the amount of heat in each cooking zone. So far we love it.

So glad we went with induction and flex
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed to replace our 12 year old Wolf electric cooktop. We had never really been happy with cooking on an electric cooktop, as the temperature was so hard to control. Installing a gas line in our home would have been an added expense, and not as environmentally friendly or safe. So we took 'a chance' on induction and we are so glad we did. The heat control is as good as gas, with temperature changes being immediate. We chose the Bosch induction for it's flex zones and those have proved to be very useful. We have had it for three months now. It's so nice to be able to put a variety of pans sizes on multiple places on the cooktop. We don't run out of room anymore when cooking with one or two large pans. On past cooktops, the larger pans often took up so much space that we couldn't use some of the other burners. Even thought most of the time we cook for just two people, the flex zones come in handy more often than not. I've also found that the combination of the flex zones and induction makes less of a mess on the cooktop and so far I haven't had any burnt on food. With the old electric glass cooktop I found myself trying to scrape off burnt food or splatter more often than I would like, and worrying that I would damage the surface. I think because the induction just heats the pan and not the cooktop, there is less area on the cooktop that is really hot and so fewer messes. That's just a guess! The controls were different than the old electric, but it only took a few usees to get used to them. I would highly recommend the Bosch Induction Flex Cooktop to any one who enjoys cooking, likes flexibility of using multiple pan sizes, wants control over temperatures, less cleanup, and an option more enviromentally friendly than gas.
