works as described, arrived with Ink Cartridges, and the opportunity to subscribe for more each month based on usage. Love the Printing of photos, and normal prints, At first I had problems installing and setting up the software, I know now it was because I didn't download the proper packet. all is good now, I recommend this product 100 %.

No rip-off monthly subscription required
Easy to setup and works perfectly so far. ***The sole reason I chose a Brother printer is because it does not REQUIRE a subscription to merely use MY PRINTER.
Believe it or not, most other brands require a monthly subscription fee or YOUR PRINTER will not work.
Brother has an OPTIONAL subscription for ink refills etc.
I hope Brother doesn't go the way of HP etc where you either pay a monthly subscription or your printer stops functioning. That's simply bad business IMO.

No other printer besides Brother matters anymore!
No other printer exists for me anymore. This was the best purchase and I could not be happier! It was easy to set up on the network, easy to work amd hasn't failed me in any capacity. The cost if ink is manageable and the cartridges last a good amount of time. Canon doesn't even compare, not by a long shot! Thank you Brother for making a well functioning, quality product and selling it for a reasonable price.

I bought an HP printer that's from a different store. Was told it was compatible with my Chrome (Samsung) laptop. Didn't work, return it. Can you tell me if this is compatible?
