Electrolux Dishwasher - Works like a charm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had a Electrolux dishwasher bought in 2013 which broke down in 2021. I bought an LG dishwasher the 2nd time and that one did not last too long (the motor was exceptional, but the plastic and the rubber material inside were getting burnt down and the utensils had black rubber marks after running the dishes). I decided to replace the unit with Electrolux again and I am happy with the decision. Though the price of Electrolux is higher compared to competitors, I personally feel it’s worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this dishwasher! I like the look of the stainless steel. The steel is easy to keep clean. I like that there's a handle on the front for easy open/close. I like that the controls are on the top of the door as opposed to the front of the door like some dishwashers. I like the many different options for cleaning and drying. I like that you can delay the wash cycle until later (like overnight while you sleep). The baskets slide in and out so smoothly. The dishwasher runs so quietly. I sometimes put my ear down there to make sure it's running because I'm not used to such a quiet dishwasher. But it cleans so nicely. Even a big glass cooking dish with stuck on food! I like how you can put silverware in the slots on the side basket, but you can also raise the lid to put larger utensils. I like the top utensil basket. It's perfect for butterknives. Sometimes there is a little food left on the larger utensils. I'll probably put stuff like spatulas and tongs down in the bottom instead. I appreciate there's a light inside the tub! I also like the blue light on the front bottom so you can see the cycle is in progress. It turns white when it's done. It's a versatile dishwasher. Definitely recommend!

Sleek and Silent with Loads of Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When is a dishwasher more than just an appliance that washes your dishes? I was blown away by all the thoughtful features that were put into this dishwasher. It's almost like the designers asked real people what they wanted most in their appliance!
First: There is a light inside the tub. Why is this important? Our dishwasher is under the counters in a dark corner of the kitchen. We have lost so many utensils in the bottom of the tub before and didn't find it until we "looked everywhere". In fact, when the installers took out our old dishwasher, they came back in to give us a butter knife that had hidden itself in the bottom of the old tub!
Second: The blue light that shines onto the floor to indicate the dishwasher is running is so imperative. The dishwasher is so quiet as it is running that the light is so necessary to let us know not to open it.
Third: The silverware basket is designed in such a way that the openings on the bottom of the basket are small enough to put our stainless steel straws into without them falling straight through to the bottom of the tub. No more bent straws causing the bottom drawer to go off the rails.
Finally: I am obsessed with the top rack, or "Cutlery Tray"! We have ruined so many serving utensils (spatulas, ladles, pasta spoons, etc.) by putting them in the upright silverware baskets. Now we can lay them flat across the top rack and give them the love they deserve!
Bonus Features: The settings are intuitive and easy to use. You can even save your own "Favorite" wash setting, based on your family's most often used need. There are also clips in the middle rack that you can turn on and off. I had to read the Users Manual to find out that these are bottle washers (or spray jets for very narrow glassware/stemware) and are part of the Flex Wash system. Speaking of stemware, there are also clips, as well as rubber fold-in holders inside the glassware rack that allow you to hold top-heavy stemware in place so they won't fall over and break.
This dishwasher is also very sturdy and well-made. The materials are solid quality and I expect this to serve us well for many, many years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the quietest dishwasher we have ever owned. The sleek design enhances or kitchen decor. The cleaning performance is beyond compare. The function display is extremely user friendly. The unit is so quiet during operation the LED signal light is very helpful to know when the unit is operating and when the cycle is complete. The installation was relatively simple until we reached the step to the mounting brackets. We found it easier to remove the mounting bracket screws and replace them with longer screws that allowed us to screw them directly into the cabinet instead of using the mounting clamps that would have required a longer more tedious process. The unit could not be more secure. We are extremely pleased with this unit!

I love this!

My one issue is that the steam from the dishwasher exhausts out that bottle of the unit. We have the dishwasher enclosed in cabinets and the steam condenses on the cabinets.

Design is frustrating
This dishwasher has taught me what to look for in the next dishwasher once this one dies. I run at least 2 loads a day. Does this wash dishes? Yes. Well? No. Always dirty dishes with every wash. The prongs for plates are too short and bent weird so all the plates fall over, blocking water flow so I have to skip prongs, wasting space. The prongs on the top rack are off, staggered. Why??? The top rack is adjustable but only to low or high, so I removed the topmost flatware rack to make room. Those racks don't work anyway. I also replaced the flatware basket with my old Lg one because it's awkward to the point of frustration in the new basket. Oh and the front door is hinged so tight you have to push it down or else the bottom rack will takeoff and slam into the back of the dishwasher. That set off a water sensor and I couldn't use it for a week until it dried out. Then there is the sprayer arm in the basin, it's totally inadequate. It's like someone who doesn't do dishes designed a dishwasher.

Poor performance.
Poorly engineered. The water pressure supply is more than meets demand, sadly the dishwasher is not capable of washing dirty dishes. It also does not even seem to be capable of rinsing all of the detergent off of the dishes, as you can taste soap residue on your dish ware after a full cycle. The seals leak around the door leak from the lower corners also (after about a year). I would not recommend this appliance. Overpriced, for extremely low performance.

Top of the line this dishwasher is not.
Bought a full suite of Electrolux for kitchen remodel. Dual fuel range and refrigerator are great. Dishwasher is HUGE disappointment. High price, poor design/construction. The door torques when you open it and the bottom rack is so cheap and flimsy that when you pull it out the stops don't catch, it tips forward and the tines are so close together that it makes loading anything other than the thinnest of plates difficult which compromises capacity. It feels like a low end Frigidaire model dressed up to look good... a bit of the old adage of lipstick on a pig based on my experience with the product so far.

Obnoxious dishwasher. Does not dry well enough but also won't let you open the door for very long before outright canceling the whole cycle so you can knock the extra water off to help it. More EPA-induced garbage.
