Good looking-good cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent range. The burners have plenty of power and the oven cooks evenly and heats quickly. The stovetop is also relatively easy to clean. My only negative comment is that the oven controls are rather cumbersome and difficult to learn and remember as the range only has knobs that push and turn rather than buttons for the oven controls. It requires several pushes and turns to set the oven temp and turn it on and it is easy to accidentally change the oven temp when you are intending to set a timer. Perhaps this system is more robust than a standard push button control pad that will short out with time, but we have only owned the stove for a couple of months so only time will tell.

Beautiful Range! A Show Stopper!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After our previous Electrolux range that we had for 17 years stopped working, we were in the market for another range. When we walked into the store, this range was front and center and we LOVED the look of it! We were a little bit skeptical about the price but we had such great luck with our other Electrolux, it was a no brainer. It looks like a beautiful piece of furntiure in our kitchen and we get compliments from everyone who sees it! Very easy to use and the six burners are wonderful! Have only had it for a month now but so far, so good!

Not only looks great but functions beautifully
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After doing a lot of research and settling on this duel fuel stove I am not disappointed. It’s beautiful to look at plus it functions perfectly. The controls took a little time to get used to ( I’m old!) but reading the manual set me straight. I love the oven , especially the seamless glass on the door. It’s big enough for me to cook on commercial-size baking trays. My granddaughters are in awe too! Would recommend. I’m trilled!

Great Stove
This is a great stove. It is very handsome and functional as well! The cooktop fits a variety of pots and pans and has a nice variety of cooking temperatures. I can quickly boil water for pasta but also delicately cook scrambled eggs. The flame can take a bit to “catch” when first lighting, but smoothly transitions between temperatures after that.
The oven heats quickly and the temperature ran true. It cooked both a moist pound cake and crisp biscotti to perfection. There are a number of features that would be of use to advanced cooks but the oven works really well for simple baking or roasting, too!
The stovetop is easy to clean, which is always a bonus. The cooling fan takes a bit of getting used to, but is quiet and evens out after a few cooking sessions.
Overall a great, very attractive stove!

Top of the line, Cooking Experience.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You would not believe it, but I was also blessed with an electrolux 30’ induction dual free standing range and the 30’ wall mounted T Shape hood in addition to a Frigidaire French Door refrigerator for my 70th birthday. How can one not be considered to be blessed with these new shining stainless steel appliances. The stove is top of the line, in terms of cooking, aesthetics, and performance, which makes it easy to prepare a meal for anyone or a cake in the video. The range top has gas and the oven is electric with self cleaning. So one gets the best of both worlds.
I was blessed with a new Electrolux 30’ induction dual fuel free standing range (model ECFD3068AS) . I moved from the basic gas stove to the top of the line stove. This beauty has four caps and a fishing cap in the middle. If this is not enough the two front caps are metallic which gives it the rich look. The stove top is even where you can move your pot from one burner to another without lifting. The oven is electric with six shelves, 3 fans, a probe for meat and one tray pulled out like your cabinet drawer, really easy. This is a new adventure as I have always used total gas. Must admit that the stove forced me to read the manual several times to ensure that it was being turned on correctly. It is digital and operates with two knobs for the oven. The oven really bakes well. This stove is well worth your investment. Words cannot describe the feeling of joy and excitement of owning this new stove as a gift for my 70th birthday.

Top of the Line
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sleek design of the Electrolux Dual Range has brought my kitchen upgrade to completion. This range is magical with beauty, as well as, multiple features. It has dual burners, wide grates covering the entire stove top, making it easier to move pots from one burner to the next.. All of appliance knobs are well design located in the front of the stove. The cooktop has three burners, circular dual burner, circular single flame and fish burner. The convection, allows your food more even bake or roast. No more guessing if the center, or edge is fully cooked.
When all is done, relax and let the self cleaning oven take over.
TIP: For us new owner keep the manual close by because it is always a new feature to learn and use. I highly recommend this beautiful Dual Electrolux Range it has everything you want in a range.

Dual Fuel Technology - best of both worlds!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently upgraded our fully gas range to this Electrolux Dual-Fuel range and we could not be happier with the decision. We are big fans of gas cooktops and have always had one, but the idea of a range that came with an electric convection option was very appealing - and it's been GREAT to have the best of both worlds to work with. The flexibility of the oven is great - the convection bake mode is great for cooking on multiple racks and cooks food evenly, something our old oven was terrible at. The temperature probe helps cooks roasts bigger cuts of meat to internal temp perfection. We haven't needed to clean it yet, but we are looking forward to using the steam clean function for chemical-free cleaning. The slow close door is a nice feature as well!
The LED screen on the front is great - it's very easy to navigate between the different modes, and I'm a big fan of the residual heat indicator - a little gauge that lets you know how close the oven is to preheating, and when you're done cooking it monitors how close it is to being cooled down.
The gas cooktop is also extremely versatile. The two front burners have inner and outer rings that you can control - so you can get a super hot flame to boil water, or a very small flame to simmer or reduce. The center "fish burner" has two controls - so you can have just one end of the burner on OR you can have both. I'm also a big fan of the continuous grate - making it easy to slide things around when needed
In terms of design - the range is very sleek and stylish. It fits perfectly in our kitchen - I was worried it might clash with our black overhead microwave/vent, but they actually compliment each other perfectly. We've gotten many compliments from friends and family on this range. We are very satisfied with this appliance and it is clearly well built - we look forward to many years of many meals on this range!

Excellent, Versatile and Attractive Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an all gas basic range with this dual fuel model. There is really no comparison. From a purely aesthetic point of view, this range is beautiful. Because of how large and seamless the cooking surface is, it opens up our rather limited counter space and our entire kitchen as a result. It looks more akin to something you would find in a commercial kitchen than in a home; something I appreciate. Functionally this range shines. For starters, the overall build quality is impressive. I expect many years of service from this unit. The seamless grate design allows easy transition between cooking vessels while preparing a complicated meal and infinite control over the burner temperatures further aid here. The two front burners go from surface of the sun hot to the smallest amount of heat just leveraging the inner burner ring; all easily controlled and labeled on the burner knobs. The center burner is fantastic when using a griddle. The electric convection oven is delightful and massive. Intelligent insulation and design have maximized every inch of baking area. The convection mode itself is enough to warrant purchasing this unit with its extremely even cooking temperatures but that’s just the beginning. The proof mode is fantastic and has replaced my stand alone proofing oven. It holds multiple loafs and will accommodate odd sizes. The rack system is also well thought out and sturdy. The bottom rack with its drawer like gliders is particularly nice. There are a multitude of other options with the oven that I have not yet had a chance to use but I have no doubt they will function just as well. Don’t hesitate, buy this range.

Love this range!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently upgraded our kitchen with the 30 inch Dual Fuel Range from Electrolux. This range is gorgeous for starters! It makes our kitchen super sexy! Funny that I would ever use that term to describe a range, but it is a really great looking range. The features on this range are awesome! It has your basic bake and roast features, but because it is a convection oven, you can use it in convection mode to get more of an even bake or roast.
One of the features that I am really looking forward to is the proof feature. My wife and I enjoy baking bread and other baked goods that require them to proof. I the past we had to rely on the temperature of the kitchen or have the oven on to radiate some heat so the dough that we were making would proof. Now with this feature, the oven will stay at a good proofing temperature and we can proof the dough properly.
Another feature on this range is the ability to use the temperature probe while roasting a large piece of meat. There is plug on the top left of the oven to plug in the probe.
The stove itself is pretty awesome. It has five burners total and the two front burners can be used using all of the flame rings or you can just turn on the center flame ring to use as more of a simmer burner.
The continuous burner grates will make it easy to have several pots or pans on the stove and have the ability to utilize cooking space. Since the grates are continuous, the heat will radiate and help with keep other pans you are using warm.
The design of this stove is great. The stainless is beautiful. The design lines are sleek and sexy and I love the way that the stove sits at the same height as our countertop.
I am very happy with this beautiful kitchen appliance and I am looking forward to several years of cooking meals for my family using this range. Thank you Electrolux for making such a great kitchen appliance!

Dual Fuel Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently upgraded my stove after having issues with my old one and I am so happy I did. I love the power burners in the front of the stove and the cast iron grates- gives it such a professional look which is what I wanted.
This range has it all. I was specifically looking for dual fuel as I love cooking on a gas stovetop, but wanted the consistency of the electric for baking.
It fits better in my kitchen than the old stove and have already had many compliments- it just looks great and performs better!

Very attractive range
This is such a dramatic improvement over the induction cook top I had previously that I can hardly believe it.. There is no substitute for cooking with gas.
Burners and controls are excellent. The two front burners will go to inner ring only for low, low warming when required, but also will push a lot of BTUs. I busted out my old French omelette pan which was unusable on the induction cooktop b/c the bottom is uneven, and omelettes are back!
The is a good-looking appliance and will look good in any kitchen, even ours.
The oven is also a very welcome upgrade as well. There is no exposed element on the bottom which will make cleaning a lot easier - I just went through that with the old one before it was taken off to its great reward. The controls take a little getting used to, but once you figure out one function you'll have the rest., of which there are many. I never was able to figure out the timed cook on the old oven, and I got that done here. Oven volume is large.
Our unit is 30" wide unit but it feels bigger.

Wow! Better performance than my old Viking!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove has it all: powerful burners, a center burner and a simmer mode. Every thing I need.
Its dual fuel so I get fast reliable flame for everything from searing to simmering. Its duel fuel, so the electric oven achieves accurate and reliable temps.
Beyond all that, it looks great in my kitchen!
We're very, very pleased

I feel like a Chef in a Restaurant Kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just recently upgraded our Gas Range to the Dual Fuel Range. What a great choice we made. Having the 6 burners is a big plus allowing to cook even more at once. The features of the oven are unbelievable I was worried at first about going to an electric oven but boy was I wrong. The food cooks so perfect in the oven it pre heats so quick and the sliding bottom shelf just wow. I also love having the built in Meat Probe. When I am using this range I fell like I am a Professional Chef in a restaurant kitchen the look and feel and ease of use of the controls is a big plus and easy to understand......You wont be disappointed!!!!

Good So Far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros:
I purchased this range because of the size/output of the stove-top burners and they are a significant improvement over my previous gas range. I have only used the oven to cook frozen fries so I don’t have any experience with it other than that it appears to heat to the desired temperature.
The grates on the stove top are super heavy duty and overall, the range looks nice.
Cons:
The range comes with a four-prong plug, which may require an outlet and/or possibly wiring changes in the house. Fortunately, my home had the proper wiring and only required the outlet be changed.
The range does not have a warming/storage drawer. I did not notice this until I was assembling it. Not a deal breaker but something prospective buyers should know.
Lighting the stove-top burners is a major annoyance. There are flame detectors that must heat up before the igniter button can be released. This requires holding the igniter for 15 or more seconds to get flame to stay on.
After boiling a large pot of water, the stove-top became discolored on the front, just above the controls. This discoloration from heat cannot be removed and I don’t think it should have happened.
The finish on the flat surface near a burner was damaged from a simple food dropping on the stove top. While the finish makes clean up easy so far, I cook every day and doubt this finish will last long.
The website shows pictures of a griddle on the center burner but and baking trays compatible with the oven rack extenders yet there aren’t any accessories available to purchase on the website. I had and loved the griddle on my previous stove and would really like to get one for this one.

Very nice oven but…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The learning curve on the controls is a little steep. The only issue I have is with the cooling fan that blows out the back top of the cook top. It’s just a little too loud. Fry an egg and the fan kicks in for about an hour. No more quiet breakfasts.

Grate rusting and burner rings impossible to clean
We have had our range for 8 months. I like it and we use it alot, but there are some aspects of the range that are not so great. Unfortunately it is difficult to clean the burner wells. Also the inner burner rings have gotten discolored and the outer burner rings are impossible to keep clean. The iron grate on top of the range is rusting. Really disappointed. Can any of those pieces be replaced?

Looks great, pretty powerful, usability is lacking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we really like the range, but it has its drawbacks. It looks amazing in an updated kitchen and the stove top and oven are big and easy to clean. There's a learning curve to using gas as it heats up very quickly and simmering can be an art form. We haven't used all the oven settings but there are many. The controls aren't really intuitive at first and can be a little clunky. The big drawback is setting and keeping the time. It was very difficult to set the time and after two weeks, it's 30 minutes fast which I'm trying to contact customer support on, but it has to be during the week it looks like.

Have to get a brand new appliance fixed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would rate my Electrolux gas cooktop with electric oven higher but it is annoying to purchase a new appliance and have a basic feature not work. The clock has never worked correctly. It runs very fast, several hours ahead of the correct time. Worse is that it cannot be disabled. When buying a brand new appliance it is annoying to have to immediately have to fix something. I bought it new so I wouldn’t have to do so and I do not have time to get something so minor fixed. I am very unhappy about this.
