This washer/dryer combo gets the job done right!
We truly enjoy our new GE washer/dryer. It holds a lot of clothes and the cycles are efficient. It feels like it takes half the time of our old machines. We use less detergent too! Love that the precise fill feature on the washer saves water. Plus, we have a small laundry room closet and this unit fit perfectly! Overall, our clothes seem cleaner & loads are done quicker. Happy with our purchase.

It works well. Fits into a small space. Some older designs allowed for the dryer vent to be placed in a chanel, that was a space saver. I miss that. The noise level is high. And the small space doesn't help that much. But a very nice unit.

I have this GE stackable washer and dryer. My dryer will only count down when it is on a timed cycle. If I select more dry, optimum dry etc it will stay in the same place and run for hours. Is this normal? I've never had a stackable before.

I just purchased the GUD27ESSMWW and was told and confirmed that this unit has a side vent capability just as the 24 inch floor model. However, my contractor did not find the perforated. hole on the side, to be able to use it. This is crucial for me.
