It’s a keeper
It’s the best investment I have ever made with window units. I installed it in my sunroom, which can get very hot, and it keeps the room so cool I changed the temp to be higher. It is the neatest thing I have ever seen. So quiet you forget it’s on. The installation was super easy. I am 75 years old (and still active) and had my son help me lift it to the window. Highly highly recommended this one. It’s a jewel!

I dreaded the idea of putting a unit in my bedroom window that would block my view. This unit does not disappoint. It is quite and cools the room quickly. I love that I was able to create shortcuts on the app that I can adjust anytime of the day without running up the stairs. I only wish I had bought this years ago!

I have been using the Air conditioner for about a month now and I am very satisfied with it. It is very quiet and easy to install. I really like that it sits below the window opening so that you still have access to the top sash of the window if you want to let fresh air in and the whole window for light. Only issue is with the WiFi. Every so often it I can't communicate with the unit via smartphone app. It is not a big problem but I dislike entering sons bedroom to change settings if it gets too cold.so make sure you keep the remote handy

Central A/C has a problem cooling the farthest room from the air handler. This room gets all the heat of SW Florida sun. Very quiet unit, had to add a fan for white noise.

Simple to install in a vinyl-framed double hung window - chose to insert a strip of wood into the bottom rail to protect the vinyl which worked great. The unit is reassuringly stable once mounted. Operation is very quiet and I'm able to sleep easily just a few feet from the unit while it is operating.
