I have to rate this dryer a 10 because it absolutely a great product. It has features where Alexa tells you when the dryer is completed etc.

The tub doesn't fill as much as I had anticipated, even with the double fill selection. I can see where the clothes would be subject to excessive wear from the agitator.

Great drying options
I would have given it 5 stars but my only complaint is the lint screen is too small and the like always seems to be piled up on top of the lint screen. But other than that it is great.

Quiet when drying
I'm on the fence with my dryer. On the second load after installment the dryer didn't work. Called store and tried to troubleshoot problem. The next day they had to install a new board on dryer. Uneasy I'm going to have more problems with this dryer.

Don't Expect After Sale Support
I bought a similar model about a year and a half ago. Within a month or so it started squeeling when operating, like a bearing was going bad or a pulley wasn't lubricated. I took videos so the repair people could hear what i meant. First repairman located the pulley and said "sometimes they don't get the grease all the way in, let's give it a week or two and see if it works the lube into place" and left. A couple of weeks (maybe a monthlater, more squeeling. Call again. Different tech. Tore machine apart. Put it backe together. Left. Quiet for a monthor two, started squeeling again. Called again, same repairman, same result. None of these repairmen replaced a part even though they all identified the same pulley as the problem! Now we are a couple of months past the waranty and it is squeeling again, which means when this part fails, which it will, it will be on my dime because GE's repair people did a masterful job of running the clock out on the warranty. I have a house full of GE Profile appliances, I am seriously doubtin that decision. If GE wants to truely make this right, I will revise this review.

Didn't last 2 weeks!
I purchase the dryer 2 weeks ago and all the electronics stopped working - the dryer is dead. Now I have to wait for the repairman to come out and assess the issue and probably will have to wait another two weeks to get a replacement delivered.

Broken upon arrival
I would love to give this dryer a higher rating but right off the truck it was plugged in and started banging so loudly that someone in the house adjacent to ours could hear it. The solution was to have the repair team hit the side with a hammer until it stopped.

Don’t waste your money!
Not happy at all with this dryer. The “Normal” is supposed to sense the clothes are dry and be energy saving. It doesn’t work. Clothes are always heavily damp and requires me to put them back in on Timed Dry for 20 or 40 minutes.
