Absolutely love my new fridge! I was sad to have to replace my old one, but this model delivers everything I gave up plus more! The door-in-door feature combined with the flex temp middle drawer means the items we use most often are at our fingertips (ie: cold air stays in). AND, the 27.9 cu ft. capacity seems to hold more than our previous 30.7 cu ft. - must be a more efficient design😉. The only negative comment I have is how time consuming & difficult it was to remove the protective film.

The key to all of this rating is if the refrigerator lasts 4,5 - 10 years. Just went thru pain on another brand just lasting 2+ years. Giving GE a try.
But from the features so far, love them. The side door opening for quick access to most used items is really nice. So far so good....

Great refrigerator, we went from a french open side by side to this model. I was apprehensive, but the feezer portion of this refrigerator has more room than our old one. We like the interior lighting, and storage options, as well as the upgraded exterior which does not require cleaning every time you touch it.

We just got this fridge a week ago and I am over the moon happy with it. We absolutely love the way the whole back wall of the fridge lights up when you open up the door. So bright inside!! Easy to see everything. The middle drawer was the thing that I was most excited to get. My lunch meats and cheeses as well as lots of canned drinks are all there without having to open up the whole fridge. We waited 4 week to get this refrigerator, because it is so popular and after finally getting it set up in my kitchen, I am so glad we got it. It was well worth the wait!
We actually had no idea how much we would love the automatic water dispenser! Love that it senses the cup and stops after it is filled. I can walk away and do something else while the cup fills up.

We looked at so many refrigerators but as soon as I saw this refrigerator I knew it was the one! The backlight inside the entire back wall of the fridge is my favorite feature-plus the design on the panel is so retro!!!!! No more trying to see what's inside as the whole fridge is illuminated. The lights in both the tray and freezer drawers are also well lit. The fridge is so functional too, I love the auto-fill water dispenser and it has been spot on--I even try to trick it! I also think it's fantastic how the dispensing display panel shows the ounces dispensed--so helpful for recipe making. Lastly, with the temperature adjustments for the drawers I feel like my food lasts longer, especially fruit and vegetables. I HIGHLY recommend this refrigerator and think you will just love it!

Beautiful and sturdy product. Easy to identify foods because of the bright lights. The divider in the convertible drawer is great for food organization. The freezer is large and easily holds frozen foods. The dividers in the freezer keeps food organized and easy to identify. Love the autofill dispenser. The bins on the right front door make getting to frequently used products easily without opening the entire refrigerator. So happy to have purchased this!

I love my new GE and waited a long time to purchase it. The only thing I would change is the cheese compartment, it is too small, and the depth of the door compartments. They are not deep enough. Overall though, it is great to have the extra space

Our middle drawer does not open.....it appears to be stuck. Anyone else have this problem. Of course it is the weekend and PC Richards service dept is not open until Monday!
Please check that there is not clear tape holding it closed. Most drawers come taped to stay secure during shipping

does this refrigerator require hook up to water supply or is it a plumbing free refrigerator?
If you want to use the water and ice dispenser you’ll need to hook up to water. And you DO WANT those features. I love, love my refrigerator however I have to have service in because the door alarm keeps going off when all doors are securely shut. As a matter fact my stove and dishwasher also seem to have a mind of their own. Each randomly . I’m getting all three of them service this week and I’m just praying that the Issues get resolved. It’s been less than a year!! That’s what you have to worry about with all the technology and computer components to appliances. The more technology the more problems…
