I love the fact that the ice maker is on the inside of the machine plus it has that special water pitcher on the inside door. The refrigerator feels solid. It looks beautiful in my kitchen!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from well thought out features We had a very similar refrigerator that recently died and this is what we chose to replace it. In fact, they look exactly the same on the outside. However, our old fridge always felt crowded. This new one is so spacious inside! it's also very well lit since the entire back wall lights up. GE definitely thought about where people put certain items. The movable door bins are much bigger than any I've ever seen which means there is ample room for ALL of the condiments, sauces, pickles, jelly, you name it! ~it all fits. We are even able to fit a gallon of milk in a door bin which is great for my kids. There is a drawer between the refrigerator and freezer that you can set for different items/temperatures. The best part is the setting locks until you hold the button for 3 seconds to change it. Our old fridge didn't lock so the button always got bumped and the setting changed, Therefore, potentially ruining the contents of the drawer. The ice maker in the freezer makes a lot of ice and keeps it perfect until you need it - unlike an icemaker in the door which compromises every time the door is opened. And finally the water pitcher - which is genius, if you ask me is removable so you can take it out to pour it or it stays put and you can use the spout. It fills quickly and since it's not on the outside, we have less messy spillage when my kids try to fill giant water bottles. Also, you are able to open the other door or freezer while it's filling up. this may not seem like a big deal but I assure you, it's great when trying to get lunches packed. I am so happy with our purchase!!!

So far this one is very quiet, beautiful inside, and holding temperatures. We like the middle drawer for cheese, and lunch meats! The space is amazing and we’re hoping the great job continues!

Very functional, love the available cold water which fills quickly, and the sleek design with no dispensers on the outside of the doors. Lots of room and the backlight is amazing, you can see everything in the fridge very well. It is a GE so I know it should last. Would highly recommend. We are a homeschooling family if 8 and we eat most all meals at home, made from scratch.
