Sleek, Efficient, State-of-the-Art
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using it for nearly a month and we are extremely happy with it. The sleek design enabling the shelf (a few inches below the cooking surface) to be usable is remarkable. The oblivion glass surface is easy to clean and looks quite elegant. This unit made our transition to Induction cooking seamless making us firm believers in the technology. We’d highly recommend to anyone modernizing their kitchen!

I want to like it, but…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to like induction, I really do. Issues: 1. Our cooktop is slightly misaligned so the lights aren’t aligned with the top, and it’s taking forever to fix, I assume because of supply chain issues. 2. You really need to mash the top when changing heat levels. Why couldn’t they have added up and down arrows to make life easier? 3. If you need both front and back burners on, then you really need to center your pot or pan, otherwise one burner will turn itself off.

Anything below a 6 on the settings barely heats
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to switch from gas to induction, but I must say that I am underwhelmed. We got all new Jennair appliances for the renovation of our kitchen, and we love everything except the induction cooktop. Best that we can tell, you need to crank up the burner's setting to a 7 just to get to a simmer. Shouldn't that be a 3? Soup also barely heats up until you get up to a 7, and then it jumps to a boil. (And before you ask, yes we bought all new pots and pans specifically for induction.) We had a service technician come out, and he said that this is how it works. Wish we had bought another brand for the induction cooktop.
