Love the ovens....BUT!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part, I really like my new double ovens. But I'd be lying if I didn't mention an annoying feature. I can't use the timer on the ovens because the bell notification when your time is reached is soft ridiculously soft that the only way you can possibly hear it unless you are standing right next to the oven. A timer is supposed to allow you to continue what you're doing & be notified when the time is up. But if it is unable to be heard it is useless!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned a dacor before this and was happy with the oven. This one had to be calibrated and it it difficult to cook at recommended temperature. I purchased this one because if the aur fryer. I have yet to get this to fry. It is same as baking. I cook as much as three times the recommended temp and still not crispy. I have a tabletop model and air fryer on Blackstone grille and no compairson. Had service out and they said they would call the mfg. told me to cook at 250 fir 15 minutes and then try. This is nit a solution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previously I had Dacor and liked very much. I bought the double oven with the air fryer and was excited about that. The air fryer does not work. I had service come out to check the oven temperature which was off and I calibrated. The air fryer they said they would call manufacturer. I have tried using the air fryer several times and cook as much as three times the amount of time and it does not fry. I have a counter air fryer and air fryer on the Blackstone grill and there is no comparison. The service man called me back to tell me to try cooking at 250 degrees for 15 minutes before trying the air fryer recipe. That is not a solution. He did tell me there were some problems with the air fryer on this model. Is there a solution?

Not happy so far
So far the temperature does not seem to be accurate, and I don’t understand getting an oven that you need to calibrate. The air fryer is a joke, there must be a secret that I’m not aware of. And I don’t understand why KitchenAid cannot provide instructions for how to operate with any of their appliances??
