Rated 5 out of 5 by from No HOT handles, can cook food and not baby sit it [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Kitchen Aid induction cooktop, our new home didn’t have the option of anything but gas. That was the most horrible thing that my wife and I had ever tried to cook on, we kept it for about 10 months then installed the Kitchen Aid cooktop. We have really enjoyed it and our zkitchen Aid refrigerator

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use. i like the safety feature of no hot surface. I am still waiting for the free cookware that goes it. I haven't been able to get through on USA line to claim it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best stove I've ever used! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy to cook on my new induction stove. So far, I've made cherry jam, vegetables, meats & omelets. Everything has turned out beautifully and it's easy and intuitive to use. I'm used to an electric cooktop and it's not very different except for the consistency of heat and true temperatures. No boil overs, burning or other untoward issues. It's a snap to clean up as well. Couldn't be more pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Automatic Settings are great! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop replaced my old KitchenAid cooktop that I bought in 2013. I really like the new automatic settings! They work great! I like having five elements on the new cooktop, the old one only had four. I like the larger one being in the middle of the cooktop. I liked a couple of things on the old cooktop better. On the older version, the digital display was brighter and there was a Power Off button for the entire cooktop. The new cooktop works great, just like the old version.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my new induction cooktop [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new KitchenAid cooktop. It cooks much quicker, so I can have meals ready sooner. Encourage everyone to purchase an induction cooktop--it is worth the cost!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wish we had purchased it a long time ago [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered our 30inch 5 element induction cooktop over a year ago. It took a year to get it delivered thanks to limited parts to build it. Once we mastered how to cook things on it we love it. The pots heat up within seconds. so you can fix your meals quicker than a regular cooktop. The safety features are great. You can't forget to turn off the burner(s) . You don't have to worry that a child getting burnt from a hot element/burner. I can't say enough about all the positive things about this cooktop. Our grandson even loves fixing things on it. He said that he wants one his self!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works as promised. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features work great. The boil, simmer, melt, and all features are very nice. I can use the middle burner and the side burners at the same time. I can tell when my pan is on correctly because I can feel the energy moving between the pan and the burner. It is very easy to clean, even down to the fingerprints. No knobs to clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Induction cooktop with some frustrations [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a home that didn't come with gas so I was stuck with a radiant cooktop. I knew one of the first things I would do was replace it with an induction cooktop. I did that, had it installed and like the way it cooks. The only negative I can see right now is that the indicator lights which let you know it is on or what setting you have are not as brite as the older kitchen aid cooktop it replaced. I initially thought it was the direct light from the exhaust fan duct but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I reduced the output from 50w to 30w bulbs. Helped a little. This is the only issue I have with it otherwise, great way of cooking if your stuck with radiant cooking and want a better alternative.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use, still boils water lightning fast! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for a 2017 KitchenAid 30 inch version that was already in our home. While we liked the induction cooktop concept to replace it when it went out, my wife indicates the new glass top is not as easy to keep clean as the old top, and she is disappointed in that. The sensor technology is a nice addition and the 5 burners is actually easier to deal with than our old 4 burner. The other minor (albeit costly) issue was we were told by our vendor the new top would fit the cutout as it was still a 30 inch KitchenAid. Well, it did not, we had to bring in a countertop professional and he had to enlarge our cutout by 1 inch. So same brand, newer model, slightly different size. This the 4 stars instead of 5.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice. Not thrilling, but nice. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works well, but wish that there was more information available about using the cooktop, especially if you are new to using induction.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Attractive appearance, and easy to use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Unit was a replacement for a recalled cooktop. We are still learning how to use the new cooking surface technology. It is really to soon to be clearly objective. To say the least, it is a different stove top cooking experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy cleaning. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I’m making some adjustments to electrical cooking after using a propane cooktop. It would be nice if it had one of the larger burners in front.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from New to induction cooking [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my induction cooktop! It heats up quickly and very responsive. Fun to cook my favorite dishes and try new ones. Glad I got the 5-zone model. It arrived 2 months later than I expected, though. Looking forward to holiday cooking!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stovetop [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchen remodel brought this stovetop into our retirement home. It looks so nice. It cleans off so easy. It has a lot of bells and whistles (literally chimes). These indicators have taken a while to learn what they mean even while using the instruction manuals. It is induction and we’re told it easier to cook on. I do believe it is a more even heat.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It’s okay. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t experienced any advantage over a standard cooktop. There are also disadvantages such as needing specific pots and pans; making sure the pot is exactly positioned over the burner, and the need to increase the electric source to achieve basic design performance. The cost was 4 times that of a nice Whirlpool cooktop. I guess, if I were a chef, it would be worth it. For me, I mad a poor decision.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Yes it is an induction cooktop sort of [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previousely had a Kitchen aid induction cooktop for the last 10 years. It was quick and powerful. Pasta water boiled easily and quickly in a large pot. This new cooktop underperforms and is built vastly differently. The Boost function does not stay on to keep the water continuing up to boil, nope, it shuts down every 4-5 minutes. This requires you the cook to turn it back on. Instead of under 5 minutes to boil a large pot of water, it now takes over 10 minutes, just like a regular electric cooktop. The cooktop other levels are weak in comparison to my old induction top. This new cooktop starts at 5 when you turn it on and you can increase to 9. Basically 5 and below are too weak for sauteing or frying anything. Two functions that I do like are the timer on the cooktop and the lock. Honestly, I'm so disappointed in this appliance. Had I known it had changed so much in the last 10 years, I would not have purchased it. I bought it based on expections and experience with my previous one. I did have a service call and they told me that they had so many blown circuits and power issues that is why they dialed back on performance and created a limiter on the Boost function.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty, does not work, poor service, stay away fro [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did not last one month. Stopped working. No parts available. No replacement. 2 months with no working cooktop. Stay away from this and possibly all induction cooktops.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The burners do not get hot enough [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's defective. The burners don't work correctly. If you turn on the back burner while you are cooking on the front burner both burners turn down the heat.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cracked after 1 use :( [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my middle burner on my cooktop 1 time in our newly built home and the next time I went to use the cooktop it had a crack all the way across it.
