Where do I start? First off the machine in stainless steel really pops. The ease of use is simply easy on the brain. Controls are straight forward and works smooth like a charm. Love the touch of the melody when it is finished. Clothes come out really throughly washed providing you do not over crowd it. I recommend 1/2 the drum capacity when washing and drying. For almost a full size unit that can wash and dry it is a Godsend for space. Installation is super flexible.
The features are well stocked. Using the machine properly will eliminate 90% of dry cleaning needs. Permanent press feature works like a charm!
Did I tell you this is my 2nd one? My first one is 13 years old and have never required service. Works like a beast 3x a week.
LG you knocked this one out of the parl!

Best washer I ever purchased
I bought it three and 1/2 years ago. I cleaned out the bottom and did not tighten it enough so the water came out while washing clothes, my fault. I paid 400 for the gentlemen to come out and check my machine and I feel it was worth it. This washer cost me about two grand and it is worth it. This is the first washer I ever felt was a good purchase top of the line I love it. The young man may be in his 30s or early 40s and was so professional and knew his job did it and left. It was worth it to me because I know my machine is in good shape. I am 83 operator erro.

I purchased the LG washer and dryer for my new home. I have been using the unit for a month. It is very early to use. The wash settings are amazing. Accurately cleaning clothing, bedding with ease. The Turbo was system with the LG app makes washing clothes so much easier with text notifications for end of cycles as well problem shooting with any errors. The one issue I have is my own fault I didn’t get the pedestal. It makes like easy with storage and draining the machine when it’s needed. This is the perfect machine if you are on the go working from home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine for over 2 years , my apartment wouldnt allow separate drier, i was hesitant because if negative reviews however i did my research and this was the best and affordable option, i also researched how to use it properly, and i must say it did not disappoint. Family of 4 , with pets , and as long as i keep my drying loads properly sized , i have never had an issue with my clothes not drying properly or having to dry for over 2 hours. Yes it does take longer due to its voltage but that’s expected. So if a regular dryer takes 1 hour to fully dry , this one takes 2 . Your basically doubling the time because its half the voltage. Do the research and learn to properly use it and it wont bother you , i set it and forget it and come home to dry clean clothes , best purchase ever.

NEXT GENERATION OF WASHING AND DRYING IS HERE !!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this Think Q all in one washer dryer for 3 months and it is an amazing appliance. Un-matched cleaning and performance. 4.5 is great size as it can accommodate king comforter and blankets. I wash a lot more in cold due to the great agitation cycles. The space saving was a huge win for us as we live in a 1400 sq foot condo at the beach. We turned the space where the dryer would have been into a pantry! The ventless feature is also key and gives many options on placement. Do your homework on this one and watch the videos on social media as they helped me a ton. You want to make sure it fits your lifestyle. We do 1-3 loads a day max and since you don't need to change it into the dryer you literally can set it and forget it! It has a variable sensor that senses what clothes are in it, and it projects when the load will be done. Some settings will say 8 hrs. but in reality, only take 3 which is the norm. Once the dry cycle starts it senses how wet the clothes are after the strong spin cycle and adjusts the time down. So, the reviews that says it takes 8 hrs. to do a load are false. I will say if you choose Sanitize and heavy soil. it will naturally run longer many 4 hrs. There is a dry only Cycle it is the "drain and spin". You have to realize its one unit so after you set the wash cycles on some setting it won't dry because something you don't want to dry for example delicates. If there are items, you still wish to dry in that load after then you just do the "drain and spin cycle". There are plenty cycles that automatically dry after the wash, but you have to choose which dry option you would like. There are also the Turbo wash and dry options when chosen they do speed up time to do a load. The lint clean out on this model is in the gasket of the door you just wipe it out with a moist cloth after each load. The App makes it super useful also reminding you when to clean the tub and clean the filter in the lower section just like normal front loaders. I would absolutely RECOMEND *****

When I realized the option to purchase a washer/dryer combo, I knew it was perfect because I downsized and needed to optimize my space. I wanted a luxurious style, the color black, an easy to use product, little noise, and the product to actually work because I was concerned about drying power. This combo has great features and is a space saver
I saw this combination laundry machine nearly 30 years ago while living in Germany. After that i have waited for that technology to available here in the US. I have never loved doing laundry until now. I do wish it was better at removing hair and lint though. But for it to be ventless gives me comfort knowing mice or other vermine wont be living rent free in my house through a dryer duct.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very impressed!!!!! One unit for both functions and the system is perfect and the results are a lot better than the reviews I have been reading. The programming of the WiFi is difficult but for the issues with that the, results and functions and washing to drying and the quickness of the drying far exceeds that I had ready about of the reviews. A normal load wash to dry time is about 3 to 4 hours and the clothes are dry not damp! I am very satisfied with my unit and will definitely promote this LG product to all.

Simple solution to a difficult question
The unit is so easy to use! It gives good results on all types of fabrics. The capabilities of the unit are vast. It allows you to go from washing to drying all set at the start of the load. The WI-FI connection allows you to download all types of load and fabric specific cycles, greatly modifying the capabilities of the washer. Well worth the price!

No more moldy forgotten clothes
Ok, in my past I have had to wash clothes over and over because I forgot to move them into the drier. Not any more! With the drier setting it just does it on its own. Technically it takes longer to go from putting it into the machine to having it come out dry- the cycle can take about 6 hours on average, but on the other hand, I am not re washing which takes me more time. It's perfect for putting in a load before bed or before going out for the day.

What is the average time for drying per load? I see a lot people complaining that it takes long time to dry. And can I use the dry function separately?
Yes you can dry separately; also, drying time depends on what you’re drying and how you load ie: towels and jeans take longer than if you did towels alone or a regular load...we love it as it fits our lifestyle. If you get it, just take the time to read the manual and learn the settings. Lastly, a total load from start to finish (wash and dry) takes 4.5-6hrs.
