Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! After comparing various brands, I chose the LG too-loading washer with an agitator and I love it! Our home has a closet for the washer and dryer which limits my choices to what fits in the space. As machines get larger, my choices are fewer. This is absolutely the best of any of my limited options. Very quiet, does a good job of cleaning the laundry, and has a glass lid (a nice option I didn’t think mattered.) if I could change anything, I would be to have the option to silence the “song” it plays when the load is finished. Other than that, love it!

It has had to have a repairman out twice for the top loader door noise but doesn't affect the mechanics of it. The second repair will be made 7/18/24 so hopefully that will be the end of the 'snapping noise' that I feared may eventually be a bracket break. It's quiet-a major plus-runs smooth.

Can you drain directly into utility sink next to washing machine

Hey there. When installing the washer's drain part of the process, ensure that you keep the following in mind: Connect the drain hose to either a standpipe or laundry tub. The drain hose should always be properly secured. Failure to properly secure the drain hose can result in flooding and property damage. ^Anthony
