The Old Learning the New
I have had my LG bundle of appliances now for about 3 months. i love them all, French Door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and induction stove top and oven. Since I have not had new appliances for decades, I am gleefully learning about how they work and what all the little jingle sounds mean.
So far, all have met my expectations.They make me smile!

A Full French Door Refrigerator

It's great, also, being able to hook it up to the LG ThinQ app', It very informative on the condition of the fridge and even can control the number of whole ice.

Great Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator
We purchased this refrigerator over a month ago, so far we're very happy with it. We did quite a bit of research on- line as well as at various retailers. We wanted a counter depth refrigerator french door with water/ice dispenser and a middle convert drawer. We looked at several other brands and decided to go with this LG model as it most met our criteria plus it's more aesthetically pleasing. The only thing was the door in door feature which was not really something we were looking for, but this was the only model that fit our needs. We are getting used to this feature and actually found it more helpful rather then opening the door to the fridge to retrieve our beverages. It doesn't have as much deep shelves space as a regular french door refrigerators, but we purchased refrigerator organizers and that helped. The counter depth model costs significantly more than a regular model but this was worth it.

We can adjust function , temperature depending on timely need. Looks beautiful and clean with no finger prints remain after bare hands touch.

I purchased the refrigerator in December 2023 for my new home. My husband and I love the appliance. My sister who visits my home often loves it so much that she and her husband went to the same store and purchased the exact same refrigerator. I love the different compartments and how the shelves can be adjusted. I especially love the Conversion drawer. I would highly recommend this refrigerator.

The counter depth fit into our space much better than our previous fridge and even though it isn't quite as deep, it's a very small compromise. We like the door within a door feature so that we don't have to open the whole fridge just to get a half gallon of milk. The craft icemaker is also nice feature. We like to make mixed drinks and before we used cubic or round ice trays for this. Now it's part of the fridge. Having a drawer that we can convert to either be part of the refrigerator or part of the freezer is another nice plus. Our only extremely small complaint is that the water coming out of the dispenser in the door isn't quite as cold as our previous fridge. I would definitely recommend this LG.

In love with our fridge!
We love everything about this fridge...favorite one in 50 years! The craft ice is a bonus...everyone comments when they get a "cube." The middle drawer is my favorite.. perfect for cheese, crackers, etc. (in FL so many things go in fridge). Being able the change shelf sizes is great but that front door is wonderful for milk, butter, condiments. Beautifully designed!

Very practical features
We are enjoying the new feature with the right side door with its options. Not having to completely open both doors is a time saver as well as helps keep the interior cold. The craft ice maker is "cool" as the balls of ice last longer in a glass of liquid. It's nice to no longer have to worry about fingerprints all over the outside of the doors.

It is super easy to keep clean. The air filter keeps food odors at bay and the water filtration provides consistent fresh tasting water from the door dispenser. The middle drawer can be used as additional refrigerated space or as freezer space which comes in handy at the holidays. The double side door is also convenient for our most often used refrigerated items. And I absolutely love, love, love the ice balls option!

A Great Purchase!
Still relatively a new addition to our household. It’s too soon to evaluate reliability, however, we are extremely happy with our purchase thus far. The refrigerator is performing exactly has we hoped. It provides plenty of storage and allows us to organize contents for easy retrieval. It runs extraordinarily quiet. We really like using the center drawer to create our own “deli counter’. Kudos to the design team!

Best Ice Maker on the planet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this CRAFT ICE Maker (Refrigerator) and absolutely LOVE IT! However, I had an issue with the ice maker 'freezing' up and stalled. I called LG and made them aware of it and 'overnight' they sent me a new machine (along with a free filter) for me to install myself, which was extremely simple. (2-screws and a wire harness connection).

Love the Craft Ice Maker!

I like the easy access door where I keep my half & half and items I use the most preventing me from opening the entire refrigerator door! I enjoy having the drawer, which I use as part of the refrigerator (it can be set to use as a freezer), it's a great place for large packages of meat! I can organize my food very well in this refrigerator, it's one of the reason I selected it. We also enjoy the Craft Ice Maker, that's a step above!
