[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have been looking for a new fridge to replace our 11 year old fridge for quite some time. Our previous fridge stopped making ice, and the internal water line didn’t work either. It was time for an upgrade.
The LG LF31S6360S refrigerator has been nothing short of amazing, and we’re so happy to have it! The water is always cold, and the ice dispenser is fantastic. The ice refills itself every three to four hours so you’ll always have a constant supply of fresh water and ice. You have the option of ice cubes or crushed ice. The fridge will store the ice in the door or in the extra compartment in the freezer. You can also enable the built in Ice Plus feature if you need to make more ice in a hurry.
The refrigerator also features built in Wi-Fi so you can connect the fridge to the LG ThinQ app for software and firmware updates. The app will also monitor your water and ice filter levels so you know when to replace them.
My favorite feature of the LG LF31S6360S refrigerator is the InstaView Door-In-Door feature. You can simply tap on the glass to see what’s in your fridge without opening it. This will help you save money in the long run because you won’t have to open your fridge multiple times a day. Your family and friends will be in awe once you show off the InstaView Door-In-Door feature.
The upgrade to the LG LF31S6360S refrigerator has been well worth it, and I highly recommend it if you need a smart fridge with tons of storage space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG French Door Refrigerator (LF31S6360S) is an impressive appliance designed to meet the needs of a family kitchen with its spacious capacity and innovative features. With 31 cubic feet of storage space, this refrigerator provides ample room for fresh and frozen goods. The French door design, with adjustable shelving and door bins, allows maximum flexibility in organizing your groceries. Its sleek stainless steel finish adds a contemporary touch to any kitchen, enabling it to blend in with all other stainless steel appliances. The interior LED lighting makes all items easily visible, with clear glass spill-proof shelves. The refrigerator also includes a dual ice maker, perfect for having a lot of ice when the company comes over, and there is the Ice Plus feature, which can make 3.3 lbs of ice daily. This feature can be turned on when needed and automatically turns off after 24 hours.
Two new features from my old fridge are the indoor ice and water and the smart air filter system. The air filter effectively reduces odors, no matter what food is in your refrigerator. The air and water filters are recommended to be changed every six months. LG InstaView Door-in-Door works with less force than I have seen on other manufacturers' doors and allows instant viewing of your frequently used items.
There are two things I am finding hard to get used to: the quietness of the refrigerator running! It is so quiet I cannot tell when the compressor comes on compared to my old fridge, and it works differently from my last model. Also, coming from a traditional fridge door, I keep grabbing the inside of one door instead of the top or the bottom to open the door.
My only complaint is that when both doors are open, and the left one closes first, it is louder than the reverse. I assume the right door being closed first buffers the sound. It does not happen often, but I notice more as this model is silent.

The compatible Thinq app even let you know when ice bins are full. Could be nice, but has issues.
This refrigerator has a personality disorder, if i turn it below 37 degrees it gets warmer instead of cooler. It never seems to run at the correct temperature, I had a service call one time after the whole thing went got way too warm, icecream melting etc. They said nothing was wrong, so I guess I just have to hope it doesn't happen again.
