The PowerBlast cycle scours away stubborn foods like egg yolk, peanut butter and even dried-on oatmeal. High-pressure jets, increased water temperatures and hot steam work together to clear food off dishes---so all you have to do is load them in.

My first Maytag appliance and I am in love!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dishwasher for about 3 weeks and I love it! It has done a superb job of cleaning my dishes and does it quietly. The PowerBlast Cycle has cleaned beautifully on everything I have thrown at it, from pots and pans to the large bowl I used to make pizza dough. My only negative on this appliance is I thought the 3rd level of racks would be awesome, and while I don't hate it, I have found that a lot of my utensils won't fit in the slots in the uppermost rack and my wineglasses fall over in that 3rd level cup rack. But my plastic lids lay well on the flat 3rd level rack and some utensils do fit there. Overall, a 5 Star purchase, for sure! Thank you, Maytag!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great dishwasher. It cleans the dirtiest dishes with no rinsing required. It holds a lot of dishes, flatware and odd shaped things and gets them all cleaned. Unlike the Bosh I had, I do NOT need to rinse the dishes and then clean a filter that traps all the food, which gets very disgusting. This machine is super quiet, so much so that we often don't think it's running when in fact it is. I like the top shelf that isn't only for flatware. It holds large utensils like ladles and spatulas and gets them clean. I also like that you can select to have a 'Sani' wash on any cycle, which my old machine didn't have. I also appreciate the two different dry settings, as some days I want the dishes completely dry so that I can put them away immediately. I really love this dishwasher and I highly recommend it.

I noticed my friends are using different brand dishwasher, they have to do one level of cleaning before putting the vessels into the dishwasher. But I simply removed the waste food particles and placed the vessels without rinsing or one level cleaning into the Maytag dishwasher. I couldn't believe that it does the spotless cleaning, and my vessels looks shiny too. HIGHLY RECOMMEMD!!
