Great Machine but........
We love this machine, but service is terrible. When we call in with a problem and we have had a problem since we bought the machine, you are on hold for at least one hour. Then the company that services the machine also does not respond.

Cannot beat the quality and cost of this machine. Assembly with the APP is a Breeze. Fantastic all around it’s a great piece of equipment.

screen is slightly turned/angled to
screen is slightly turned/angled to left and seems installed correctly. Feet straps are a bit short for large/wide feet. Seat back flex is a bit too stiff but manageable. Easy to adjust between 2 riders with very different heights. The iFit recurring change is excessive and it appears there is nothing on the display/music etc if iFit is discontinued. Reported calories burned is not derived from effort or weight and seems to be pre-programed for a ride time and specified resistance work. Less or more time or lower or higher resistance does not change the reported calories expended.

App Needs Improvement
I have had my bike for about two months. I am really enjoying my rides. There are some improvements I think they should make to the iFit app. I wish that I could listen to my own music through the speakers, so that I could listen to the trainer and the music that I like the best at the same time. Most importantly, however, I wish the app on my device was more accessible. I am visually impaired, and cannot read any of the menus or anything other than the names of the challenges or workouts that I want to do. It is a great struggle to be able to see how much time is elapsed, how much distance I’ve gone, What resistance I am at, and many other features. It would be great if I could pinch and zoom the screen and make it as big as I need to. Because it’s a screen, it is hard for me to magnify it because of a glare. I’m having trouble finding the things that I want to do on the app and continue my workout series because of these issues.

Glad I bought it but….
This has been an overall good purchase after total knee replacement. I wish the seat adjusted more for lumbar support. It’s a little clunky to try and save mapped rides. The narrated rides are a nice feature but I use that mapped ride and the manual ride the most at this point. I also wish it had a convenient place to put your phone or tablet so if you wanted to read or watch tv instead of taking the narrated rides you could.

A seriously heavy duty stationary bike!
I would recommend folks give this bike a try before buying it over the web. i would like to see a shutoff switch located on the 14" screen, an adjustable seat back, and finally a different set of pedals to help keep feet on the crank arms. I am an amputee and my prosthetic leg needs some help staying on the crank arms. Other than the aforementioned I find the bike very heavy duty and think it a very good buy. I appreciate the iFit workouts offered as a subscription service too.

Nice bike
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the bike but don't like that without a paid ifit membership there is no access to the internet for workout videos like available on YouTube.

Very nice but...
Nice bike. Easy assembly a and works fine after two weeks. Can't speak to its longevity, but their insistent push for 'maintenance/repair contract' worries me. It is very disappointing to find how few features are available without purchasing an Ifit subscription. There a few manual rides and a astounding simple manual mode. No basic simple exercise routines, like hill climb, interval, etc . If you do not purchase an Ifit subscription (for far more than a fitness club!). This a very disappointing implementation that will have me thinking twice about purchasing any more 'high-end' Ifit equipped gear. Buyer beware!

Commercial R35 - Handlebar Controls Don't Work
The handlebar controls were broken when I removed them from the box. I have not had a chance to send them back in for repair.

Lemon? Or fall from excellence?
The NordicTrack crew set up the machine. The crew was a 11 year old by and his mother.
The machine's whirling noise of the screen's CPU cooling fan developed an irritating noise described "an unreasonably loud buzzing noise". It works okay using ear plugs.
Lots of time on the telephone resulted in a new screen shipped to me. under warranty.
The duration of time it took to get technicians to come out was months to diagnose the noise and approve a new screen--not weeks.
The screen was shipped to me--it is un-boxed and sitting next to the machine waiting for a tech to install it. it's been many weeks. I expect months before a tech will come out.
I ordered a Peloton rowing machine based on the experience with NordicTrack rather than a NordicTrack rowing machine

I had High Hopes for
I had High Hopes for this recumbent bike to use at home. I really liked the one at the gym and assumed this would be the same if not better for the PRICE. The pedal is stiff and clicks, lots of money spent on video athletes riding their bike in beautiful places however anyone who can afford this bike has most likely been to those locations there already. The gain of the video is only the personality of the trainer, who are cute BTW. Its tough to be enthusiastic for 30 minutes and not sound like a broken record. while exercising I like to listen to music and watch Netflix etc. as well as my heart rate so I know if I am doing enough. I bought the wrong bike for what I was looking for. I hoped that such a special bike would lure me into something else compelling but I was not correct. It has less features than the recumbent bike at the gym and my husband won't even use mine at home, He walks 20min to the gym instead. I hope it works for some people but sadly not for me. They don't take returns after 15 days so I am stuck with this expensive machine and going to make the best of it for now. iPhone will rest on the tablet edge so I can watch and listen. My dream bike would have a heart rate monitor, video screen where I could log into my entertainment apps.

R35 - Sadly Disappointed - Junk
Great concept - poorly executed. My R35 - so far had the flywheel replaced, speed sensor, and the right handle replaced due to poor build quality. So be prepared to become a bike mechanic to fix you R35. Waiting to sell it off in a yard sale or may just toss in trash so other folks will not be subjected to this piece of junk.

The tension is way too hard for me to pedal on-even on the lowest setting. Therefore, haven't even been able to use the bike!!

On-Off switch missing????
Mechanically it is pretty solid My problem is with the monitor and software. The internal fan for the monitor started buzzing after one month and they are sending me another one I should get it within a month. Beware that according to the operator's manual you have to physically unplug it every time you use it then plug it back in it does not have an on and off switch or any way to safely shut down the monitor it's ridiculous it's like 1990s msdoss:face_with_one_eyebrow_raised:
