Great service
Our include stopped working and I called for help but could never time it right because I was at work the same time the customer service was open. They directed me to do some trouble shooting and let me know what page In the manual that could possibly help fix the problem. Unfortunately, it didn't help. That night they sent a survey asking how the services was. I told them I was disappointed that the trouble shooting didn't work and wasn't sure when I'd be able to call when I was home. They opened a ticket for me, ordered parks and had a technician get in touch with me to schedule a time he could fix it. I was amazed how easy they made it for me!! Most of our conversations were message we left for each other but the timing was off but it was still hassle free. So happy they read my thoughts and went above and beyond to fix it!

Love my new treadmill
I was looking for a treadmill that would fit in our loft, was comfortable, has some nice features, able to run or walk. It has met both our expectations. My husband and I use it everyday. I would buy all over again. Installation was not difficult, we ran against one slight problem but YouTubed and all was well.

Super happy
I love it. It has just the right amount of features and functions for me. It's well made and has a very attractive, user friendly console. Great value for the money. Best of all I've lost 15 lbs! Here's a hint that may be useful....the belt started to shift to the left. Turns out my floor was not exactly level. Once I slightly elevated the left side of the machine it self-corrected and has been fine ever since.

Great machine!
I walk on an incline 6 days per week. I'm in better shape than ever. I love Nordic Track. I used to work out on their ski machine many many years ago. I have never been disappointed with Nordic Track.

Great treadmill
Like this treadmill and love it. My husband and I both use it daily. If you have been use to using one in the gym the only thing I can say is the handles don't go out all the way to the end like a gym treadmill. So if you're walking up on a incline and need to hang onto the sides they're not real long but it is super sturdy and super easy to run on. We are even thinking of buying one more so we both can do cardio at the same time.

Excellent product
I use the treadmill 5 mornings a week. It is in my garage, facing my neighbors. I use it early in the morning and wave as they walk by or drive by. I then swim. This is a great set-up for those days i cannot get to the Gym for longer sessions.

Love my Nordictrack treadmill
This is my 3rd Nordictrack tradmill. First died from a lightning strike. 2nd had to be left behind when we moved. There is a reason I keep coming back to Nordictrack. I know the quality is there. Smooth run and great cushion to protect my knees.

Finally got what I always wanted a Nordic Track treadmill
I first became a Nordic Track customer many years ago when I purchased their first xcountry ski machine. I was impressed with the quality of the equipment then and regret not having purchased a Nordic Track treadmill when I bought my first one. Because of budget, I opted for another brand that was priced less. And, as I should know by now, you often get what you pay for. So, you guessed it, after a few expensive repairs, it was finally time to buy a new treadmill. This time, I made the right choice. I'm absolutely thrilled with my Nordic Track machine, its features and overall value.

Perfect for my Needs and Pricepoint
Quick to set up, easy to use, easier still to get in some walking when I otherwise would not. I have nothing against "hours of boring cardio," as I love walking and hiking. Having streaming videos, or a good book, helps while away the time, and the results are better than weight training alone (for me at least.) A good product.

A very smooth run
A nice product for the price! I had a very old treadmill that started to have uneven speed somehow. So this new Nordictrack treadmill makes me feel even more the smoothness of its belt. The speed and slope shortcuts are very convenient. A couple of things to be more desired (but I still give the machine 5 star for the great price!): (1) the speaker quality is mediocre. (2) the display screen is pretty basic and of low resolution but it does its job.

I love this Treadmill...
This is the best treadmill I have ever owned. I love the fact that it has an incline as well as speed adjustment. I find myself wanting to go on it every day and am constantly pushing myself more than I ever have. It has so many more functions that I haven't even explored yet but will when I have more time in my busy schedule.

Great Product and value
I bought this for my wife but find myself using it just as much as her. I put it together myself in about an hour and a half with basic hand tools. Easy to understand instructions. A great machine for the cost. It's got all the gadgetry of a more expensive machine for less than a grand. Go buy one!
