If you force me to come up with a complaint it would be that it is a fingerprint magnet. Even with the auto open doors it seems that you can't help getting fingerprints all over it and it is impossible to keep them cleaned off. But this is minor very well built appliance.

Keeps plenty of ice ready for use. The refrigerator is great too, fits large trays with ease.

The water pitcher and beverage area makes it convenient for our kids to get water without opening the entire fridge. By moving water to the beverage center, we have more space to store more food. Best of all, the freezer area includes shelves and drawers to make it easier to store more food. We stock up on food at the cost club and then store it in the freezer in a way where we don’t have to dig for food. I don’t use the flex zone often, but it was a game changer when I need to change it from freezer to fridge to marinate a huge batch of chicken for a family cookout. This fridge has been a standout win for our family

We do have one question: for the lower left freezer door, there appears to be support nodules for some kind of shelf - but nothing came with the refrigerator that goes there. Is there an optional shelf for that section of the door? I have attached a photo with the two support nodules circled in red - what purpose do those serve?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best fridge I’ve ever owned [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door Flex Is officially the best fridge I have ever owned! It’s so spacious and you have enough space for everything you might need. You can customize the bottom two doors, you can have them be frozen or for fruits and or beverages. We kept the bottom left as frozen only. That’s where you can find the dual ice maker, and the smaller ice is my favorite. What my family seems to enjoy is the beverage zone, it’s like having a mini store in your home :). It also has a automatic doors and it beeps if you forget the doors open, which my kids seem to do a lot!! If you also have little fingers trying to open the door and have fingerprints all over your refrigerator, don’t worry- this refrigerator has a anti print stainless steel option, and it’s customizable as well. One last thing, you can access the SmartThings app if you’re tech savvy! I would 100% recommend this product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Fridge [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a sleek, stylish, four-door refrigerator for a while and this Bespoke model fits beautifully in my kitchen. I love the flexibility of the lower right section which can be used as a freezer or refrigerator. The trade off here is less overall freezer space but I don't mind because I have a stand-up freezer in my garage. The beverage center in the door is fantastic as it is easy to use (especially with its own auto-refill pitcher) and the outer door hides the unsightly water fill area. The beverage area has a tinted glass panel which, from what I can tell, only serves the purpose of allowing a motion sensor nightlight to show through. The auto-open doors are surprisingly useful for when your hands are full. It's something I didn't know I needed until I had it. The freezer makes two different ice types (cubed and ice bites) with their own compartments and scooper. The internal layout is pretty much set so there isn't much customization there. You just have to figure out your grocery puzzle with what they give you. But there are plenty of shelves. The SmartThings app is quite useful to adjust and monitor internal temperature settings and water filter life and alerts you when a door is left open for too long. I am very happy with this refrigerator.

I think the beverage center is my favorite part… I love being able to get to my coffee creamer and the water pitcher quickly. Also, one of my favorite parts is that the water pitcher stays for which makes filling up water bottles super easy. I like how the doors open wide so that you can see everything in your fridge, and there are plenty of shelves and compartments for organization. Which has to use the flex space as a freezer, and my freezer has never been more organized. One small downside is you have to scoop ice from the trays rather than having an ice dispenser, but having the two different size ice cubes almost makes up for this inconvenience. We will get used to it. The refrigerator is beautiful and makes my kitchen look much more modern. Also, the fact that it’s counter depth makes my kitchen look more open. I love the sleek look of the stainless steel, but it does smudge easily. I keep a small terry cloth beside the fridge to wipe it down several times a day. Overall, I am super satisfied with the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. I would definitely recommend.

This would be my 3rd refrigerator in 25 years. I had bought a 3-door Samsung refrigerator couple of years ago after dealing with another brand refrigerator for about 20 years. The spaciousness and operations of the Samsung refrigerator was so impressive that I knew my next one can only be from the same brand. My timing couldn’t have been right as I stumbled upon the opportunity to buy the Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Fridge. This Fridge is hands down a delightful addition to any kitchen and definitely a statement piece. I was in awe of this refrigerator's unique features like the Beverage zone, automatically filling pitcher (jaw dropping moment) and the dual ice sizes (yes, the ice is always available in two sizes.) As my previous home ecosystem was Samsung, I already had experience with SmartThings App. This fridge integrates well with the app and I was able to establish the settings directly from the app rather that fidgeting through the on-door menu. Operationally, this fridge is very quiet, energy efficient and sends alerts and notifications if the door is left open. In addition to audible alerts, I also get these alerts on my Samsung TV and mobile app. While the fingerprint resistant stainless-steel finish works, I am more impressed with the automatic door opening sensors that makes it easier to work with this fridge and also reduces fingerprints on the door. This refrigerator is not just an appliance but a conversation starter and definitely a worthy addition to any home. For sure, my family and I are very happy with this purchase!

It fits groceries and drinks and so much more! We ended up just having the bottom left as a fridge. I also love the beverage zone as well, we usually fit all the beverages there and it looks so nice and neat! The dual ice-maker is a great, it offers two options for the ice size and my favorite is the smaller ice! If you are big on technology I would recommend you download the Smartthings app, it’s very helpful. One last thing I want to rave about is the stainless steel design, it prevents fingerprints to show all over the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially, I thought I would not like it because it looked so different from the standard side by side's we'd had in the past. I'm glad I was wrong. This is sleek in design and really changes the look of the kitchen. The stainless and black glass not only look great, but are easy to clean as well. This refridgerator comes with all the bells and whistles that you could want: 4 doors for easy access to the fridge and freezer, lots of room and good lighting, control ability inside the fridge or from your phone app, open door alarm and automatic door opening. It also has 2 different kinds of ice, a beverage station that is separate from the main refrigerator (with filtered drink pitcher, water dispenser and room to chill beverages). This is just so cool and I have never had or heard of a refrigerator like this. All this, on top of it being a Samsung brand make for an effiecient and wonderful addition to any kitchen. Did I mention I love this fridge?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my new Samsung Bespoke Fridge! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received our new Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator, and I absolutely love it! It is sleek, beautiful, and so modern looking! In the top left section, there is a drink station where you can keep all your cans and bottled beverages for convenience, along with a water pitcher and water dispenser for manually getting water. It's so easy to just open this outside drink station and get what I need, instead of having to open the entire fridge just to get some water or a soft drink! And at dinner time, it's so much faster to fill up everyone's cup with water using the handy dandy water pitcher - this has been a lifesaver! I can even pass that job off to one of my children now - instead of having to slowly fill up each person's glass, one at a time with the water dispenser, we just use the pitcher. When we're done using it, we put the water pitcher back, and it automatically refills on its own. So the next time I need to use it, it's filled up again and ready to go! I love how the two doors to the fridge can be opened by a touch sensor - you just place your hand under the door, and magically it opens for you! This has enabled us to keep the front of the fridge cleaner looking - it's not covered in finger prints anymore! There is plenty of room for all your items in the fridge and the freezer - there are lots of compartments to put everything you might need. In the freezer, there are 2 ice trays, with 2 sizes of ice-cubes - big and small. Both sizes are great! Personally, I like having options with my sizes of ice. There is also a scooper included to assist you with getting your ice. I just have to be a little careful when using the scooper - it's very easy to accidently drop ice behind the ice tray, then I have to go on an ice-hunting expedition to find where it fell! Overall, I am super impressed with the design and functionality of this fridge! Another great product by Bespoke!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Family Friendly Fridge [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 12 year old Samsung fridge with this beautiful new 2024 Samsung BeSpoke Refrigerator and love it! We had concerns that the 23 cubic foot size would be too small, since we downgraded from a 26 cubic foot fridge; however, we have been pleasantly surprised how spacious it is and it has plenty of room for our at-home family of three, now that our daughter is off to college . The left upper section contains the Beverage Center, which has a place to store drinks or can be converted to a dessert section. We use it for drink storage and it is flexible for storing many different sizes of cans and bottles. It also has a separate door for that section only, that can be opened without opening the main refrigerator door. This is a nice feature because it helps maintain the required temperature in the refrigerator. Inside is an AutoFill pitcher and a water dispenser. We use the AutoFill pitcher often, because it is faster than the water dispenser. It even has the capability to infuse flavor built in!  The upper right section is the other half of the main refrigerator and contains the control panel. Both refrigerator doors have the capability for hands free opening for use when your hands are full. The lower left section is the freezer containing the ice maker. There is an ice bucket with two types of ice (cubed and smaller ice bites) and a handy scoop located in this section.  The bottom right section, called the FlexZone, allows you to use it as a freezer or refrigerator, depending on your needs. I have put thermometers in each section to verify the temperatures are as indicated, and the temperature readout has been accurate. The Smart Things app allows you to monitor or adjust the temperatures and also has a handful of other useful options. There are a couple small things that could be improved. The hands free opening can be finicky when opening if you are too close to the sensors, or not opening if you are not exactly in the right location. Also, if not careful, the ice can overflow the bucket and fall down behind it, requiring a fishing expedition. These minor issues aside, overall, we are very pleased with this refrigerator/freezer!

It looks really nice in our kitchen and matches our other stainless-steel appliances. I like that it is fingerprint resistant! I spend a lot less time cleaning it. We've been wanting a flex zone refrigerator for a long time now. I like having the flexibility of using one of the freezer compartments as a refrigerator. My wife hooked it up to the app and now we are using that zone to store our fresh meats and cheeses. There is plenty of storage. I like the fact that I can store tall bottles on the bottom shelf. We’ve had two parties at our house and this refrigerator is a showstopper. The Beverage Center gets a lot of use in our house, and you can see in there without opening the door. It’s my favorite feature. It is so nice having automatic ice again and the two different sizes are a nice touch. You can barely hear the ice when it is made. It runs very quietly overall. The Auto Door Opener is very helpful when we are loading groceries into the refrigerator. All it takes is a gentle touch to open the door. It’s very easy to access the extra features through the app and I love the welcome light.
