One of the worst appliances I have owned
We purchased this model about 4 years ago from P.C Richards. Luckily we bought the extended warranty because it has been nothing but problems. We have had it serviced for leaks, cracks in the rotating sprayer mechanism, and finally a pump failure and overflow problem. Even though our warranty is still effective, this unit is so bad that I am replacing now because I do not want to deal with the continued failure and the damage to the wood flooring that results each time.
