The VH10 is one of Vornado's next generation of Whole Room Heaters. The modern styling on the outside hints at an enhanced design within to maintain a balanced room temperature. Using specially tuned airflow called 'Vortex Action', the VH10 creates a twisting current of air that flows fast, warm and gentle - circulating the heat throughout the entire room using walls and ceilings as pathways.

ROOM HEATER
I purchased this heater because I had an emergency with my apartment heating system. The Vornado VH10 is compact in size but it gives out heat enough to warm a large area. I am very pleased with my purchase and I recommended this heater to everyone who needs additional heat for their room.

Very Nice
Great heater - gentle, quiet, circulates the warmed air with a fan. It doesn't blast out heat but you realize it's vey effective. Got it for my elderly mom while her furnace was being repaired and it was great.

We bought this Vornado VH10 whole room heater after our experience with Vornado VH10 with digital display of temperature which we bought to use in our daughter's unheated daylight basement. It was perfect for our needs there. The heater is quiet, efficient, and heats as well as maintains our living space to a comfortable temperature in a short period of time.

Fantastic Heater
This is my second Varnado heater. Adjustable heat setting... Adjustable fan speed which circulates the air in the room very well. 1500 and 750 watt settings 5 year warranty if you follow kind of stuff.

Like being in heaven after using a clunky oil heater for the last 20 years.
I just purchased this model because the wheels gave out underneath my oil-burning heater, which is dangerous. Anyway I was shocked at how well this cheap little heater performed-It blows away the oil-heater on all levels! Using the oil heater took hours for my small room to heat up but using the Vornado only took 15 minutes on high setting and there was no motor sound.

I would not have any other kind! Love my Vornado!
I have had my Vornado for a couple of years. I found it on sale and grabbed it. I'd been looking at them since I bought my small motor home (a 24 foot one). It heats my motor home so the propane furnace seldom comes on and off all night, waking me up. The Vornado is perfectly quiet so I can get a good night's sleep. Recently my propane quit working and I was on my way home from a dog show with all my dogs. I had to stop to plug in for the night so I'd have heat. It was 24 degrees outside and believe me motor homes are not insulated very well. Little Vornado managed to keep us all warm enough with a few blankets added. That is no small task when in the 20s. I originally bought it just for the motor home but soon it began coming back in the house with me after a trip. I have a sunroom which is glass on 3 sides. It is heated, but the heater is so loud it wakes me up and also makes it hard to hear TV. Vornado supplements the heater so my life is much better.

This heater works really well and its quiet.
This heater heats up my tiny studio apartment very well. Its quiet, I had to stand in front of it to make sure it was working when I first got it because you cant hear it. When I was reading the operating manual I saw I comes with a 5 year warranty so that's cool.

I bought this heater in December 2018, started using it the same day it arrived to heat my leaving room (13' x17'). It kept the room at a very comfortable temperature. I forgot I have to shut it off manually, but it went on for 3 hours without any problems. I am using it again as I type. It is very quiet.
I am not a person to recommend articles, but I will take the chance and recommend this one. I am even buying another one today but this one with Auto Climate so I don't have to shut it off manually. Price for me is good and worthy. Good going Vornado!!!

Very Happy with this heater

A virtual "Vornado" of warmth!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trying out the Vornado whole room heater was perfect timing, as outside temps just dropped. I was skeptical of space heaters, but I very interested so see how the Vornado would work in the "cold spots" in certain rooms. But let's look at this from start to finish: 1. I had the Vornado out of the box and working in minutes. I was very impressed with it's ease of use, plentiful safety features (cool touch case, tipover protection, 2 stage auto shutoff) and how quiet it was on both low and high settings. 2. I tested the Vornado is different sized rooms, i.e., kitchen, bathroom, den, bedroom, garage). The time it took to feel the warm, gentle heat was impressive. Obviously, the smaller the room, the quicker it will warm up. What I really loved was that the heat was like a soft breeze and not a hot blast. And it's whisper quiet. 3. Our family is already fighting over who gets to use the Vornado, so we might have to buy another one. It's small and very portable, but it heats rooms very well. Note: if you use this in your bedroom, you will be lulled to sleep by the soft white noise emitted by the heater. I love it!

Warm Your Entire Livingroom Safely and Quietly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heater quickly heats up the entire living room quietly and safely. I don't want to pay to heat my entire house when everyone is in the living room and this space heater is a perfect solution for me. I had another radiant heater, but it was not safe---it scorched a blanket that got too close and obviously it could have started a fire. Also that radiant heater made it very hot if you were right next to it, but every where else was cold. This heater is much better because it heats the entire room. Also, this heater is safe. It is cool to the touch and if it tips over even a little bit it automatically turns off. The heater has a high and a low setting and then it has a dial with 10 different levels, so you can set it to the exact amount of heat that you want. You can turn it up or down just a little bit. This heater is so quiet that you can hardly hear it. The heater is small and it sort of looks like a stereo speaker, so it can blend in with other electronics. Also, you don't need to position it right next to you since it heats such a wide area. I really recommend this heater because it heats up a room quickly, quietly, and safely. It also allows me to save so much money on heating bills.

Great Heater!

We previously had an oil-filled radiator type heater that didn't do a very good job and was hot to the touch. The Vornado heater may be smaller in size but does a much better job. It also turns off automatically if you pick it up or tilt it, great safety features. It makes no noise at all and you don't even know it is on. I highly recommend this heater.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this VH10 in every room of my house just to see how well it heated each room, and how long it took. It warmed the rooms faster than I thought it would. The only room that I moved it from, and didn't use it anymore was my living room. That's where my thermostat is located. It raised the temperature in that room to my liking, but the rest of the house got cold, due to the furnace not kicking on to the rest of the house. I absolutely love the product. If anyone is looking for a indoor heater that does one or two rooms comfortably, this is the one for you. If you need one with a temperature setting, they have an upgrade with this feature. I've never heard of this brand before and have purchased other heaters for my house and workshop. Due to the output and range I will only need one in my house I will use the other 2 in my workshop for now. This will be the only one that I'll be using in the house. The others are also space heaters. They only heat the small space that you're close to.

Extremely warm and tiny!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Living in New England, it is a necessity to have plenty of heaters around the house. I used to use oil filled heaters, but they don't really radiate much of the heat away from them, so you need to have two or three in a big room. I have found that the VH10 provides much more heat than three oil filled heaters, and it fills the entire room, which means that you only need one of these to replace three of the other heaters. I also like that this heater is so small, and packs up very compact when you aren't using it. The cord wraps around itself, and it fits easily in my junk closet when I'm not using it. I love that it has auto-shut off if it gets tipped or covered, as it avoids risk of fire in my house. For the price, you can buy one of these for every room for the same price as one or two oil heaters, and you'll get much more heat and energy savings.

Does the job
Absolutely does the job. I have 3 Vornados, that heat my whole house. The other 2 are the VH30, and are totally quiet. My most recent purchase was the VH10, which heats just as well as the VH30, but I experience a little bit of a blowing noise.

Good, I would have liked more features
I went for simple and reliable, but I should have ordered one with more features. The fan has only 1 speed, on or off. A quieter setting would be nice. The heater has only two settings. I don't think the cooler setting is even worth bothering with.
Otherwise it is a very good heater.

Another Vornado addition
The VH10 is an addition to the household for the downstairs area that has been turned into a art studio. Keeps the area comfortable. Have only had it less then 1 month, so rating will be hard. Can only go by Vornado's reputation as a previous owner.

Perfect and portable heater!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Vornado heater is very easy to use! It is lightweight and portable. The heater turns off if it's not on level ground or if it is going to fall over. Unlike another heater I've tried (the Presto Heat Dish), this heater does not emit a loud, ear-splitting sound when that happens. It just quietly turns off - which I definitely prefer! I found the heater to be very safe to use because of these features. The Vornado heater has many settings so you can adjust the temperature very precisely. Even on the strongest setting, it is still very quiet. Yet, it is powerful and warms the area quickly. I would not recommend replacing your home heating system with the Vornado heater, but it is great for cold days and nights! Perfect for watching TV on the couch and staying warm. I would definitely recommend the Vornado heater to anyone.
