This is well constructed, sturdy small grill. Heats up quickly and holds the heat well. Smartly designed to make cleaning easy. We are just two people, so it is a good size for us. We added a griddle accessory that perfectly replaces one grill for added flexibility. A great grill at a reasonable price point.

Great mid size grill
This grill is the perfect size for a mid size grill, plenty of grate space to cook on. The grill itself heats up quickly and holds a nice steady temperature after adjusting the flames to the desired size needed. I do like the slide out grease capture tray, this makes it easy to clean and maintain. I also purchased the half sized griddle insert to cook on, this is a great feature for cooking shrimp, fish, burgers and vegetables on while grilling on the other half.

It holds a temperature. I purchased the griddle and cook bacon eggs and hash browns for large groups at camp. We also do smashed burgers which the kids love. Lots of fun.

This Weber Spirit S-315 stainless steel grill is a great grill. This is a replacement of a 10 year old Weber Spirit 300 series which had a black exterior. The old one was also great but had a panel instead of door that needed to be removed to access the bottom area.

New Grll after, 30+ years on old one
I had a Weber grill similar to this one for over 30 years. This one has improvements for lighting and tank placement. It works well. I appreciate the app with cooking advice, with how much time to cook. That process works better than guessing when a meat is done.

Well worth the money!
We have always wanted a Weber and recently we purchased the Spirit S-315 Grill. We have not regretted this purchase in any way. Our first time using it we grilled perfect steaks. It is a sturdy, well built grill and we trust it will give us many more years of good service.
