Efficient washer!

Because there are only two of us and space is limited we bought the smaller washer. I find the quick cycle is perfect - even fairly dirty items such as yard work shirts come out clean on that cycle. Best washer I’ve ever had.

Love this washing machine.
This little washer is amazing. I was blown away at the idea that it did hot washes with only a cold water inlet. It takes an amazing size of laundry. It's surprisingly quiet. I really love it.

Washes clothes excellent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so far happy with it. I have a rv and it does a nice job on washing. The only drawback is the push buttons are hard to read because it is below my waist to see. Lighting is a concern too. Need to push power button a few times to start.

Okay but....
This machine actually is pretty good. You need to have small loads but the clothes come out very clean and for a smaller house with just two people it's just the right size.
My biggest issue is the presets. Our NORMAL cycle has somehow been overridden and the spin speed is defaulted at slow (not fast like it should be). No matter what I do (unplug and reset the breaker from the panel) i cannot get the machine to reset to factory settings. PLEASE PLEASE tell me there is a way to do this. I just want the computer to reset so all the presets just back to where they need to be. We are in the middle of COVID and it's not a great time to have any technicians stop by.

Excellent Compact Unit!
Bought this awesome compact washer one week ago from Best Buy as an out of the box product. And I couldn't be more pleased with the unit. The features are great, the unit is very quiet, and it's easy to use. Of course the best part is it is COMPACT and fits very nicely into our laundry/mud room. With the trend of washer and dryer units becoming so big and bulky, I was so happy to find this alternative. The only reason I gave this a four star versus a five is that on the ground level, it is going to be a little difficult to drain and clean the filter as suggested in the owners manual.

Newer model-Stopped working after 1.5 months

Called for warranty service and now ordering some parts, still waiting for parts to come. This is a newer generation model, and there is only one water inlet, the machine heat cold water itself.
I have no washer to use for two weeks now, very frustrated.

Too many problems.
I Bought this compact washer for my park model. I have only used it 3 times and now it won't fill with water. I've tried all the troubleshooting and nothing. It's 7 months so I should still have a warranty. I should have read reviews before purchase.

Water drainage system a hassle

first time user of compact washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this washer three times since purchase and don't quite know what to make of it. It's quiet enough and good looking, but I'm not sure that it's getting the clothes clean. I can't see any water in the tub (altho I can hear it), and the clothes are getting wet so the water must be coming into the washer. It takes an hour to do a 'normal' wash so while there might be a water savings, there is the extended electric energy use which seems to negate the 'high efficiency' aspect. After the clothes dry, they have an odd feel to them, as tho not all the soap has been spun out. The jury is still out on this one.

I placed an order for this machine around a week ago. It arrived yesterday October 31st 2024. I began using it yesterday and it has already stopped working. I would set it for 55 minutes and then it would go back to an hour. The machine started to have problems before I even finished 5 loads. This is hard to believe and I would like to get my money back.
