I like the time delay feature because I like to wash my dishes late at night so they are clean in the morning. My only small complaint is about the utensil basket. While it is large enough for all my silverware and it breaks down into three pieces, there is really only one area along the side of the rack where it can be placed. It makes it inconvenient to reach to fill it without sliding out the entire rack. A better place would be in the front of the rack or on the door like my old model.

The normal setting takes 3 hours... which seems ridiculous but is supposed to be more energy effevieny However we have it set to quick wash, which takes a little over an hour and the dishes are totally clean. So far I'm pretty happy with it but alot of plastic part! I guess that's pretty standard now but somewhat disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have always buy whirlpool appliances because they never disappoint, but after months of having it we started getting code errors.we called whirlpool and next day "Dr Bob" came out and found that the air vent was clogged and was not getting proper drainage. The doc fixed it and gave us some helpful tips for the new technology that would help make machine last longer.
Those tips have proven to be extremely helpful.

The “ features “ on the old unit were useless and only used up more water and electricity. The new one seems ok . Other than the name plate it looks like the Kitchen Aide it replaced . It has simple easy to use wash and dry options . The basic quick wash works fine uses wat less energy. The dry option is very good . Even the plastic wear drys sufficiently.
