Cleans better than our previous one and it has the extra third rack that has been an upgrade for me. It is quiet, although I think some programs are too long. I like the quick one if i need to run it during the day and use the normal overnight so I guess it doesnt matter.

What a game changer

It definitely does a better job than the one that came with the house (brand name starts with a B). Love the top/third rack - I put all my container lids there! Also, the utensil cubby on the side seems to give me more room on the bottom... maybe it's just me.
I wish the rinse-aid dispenser was a little more clear to see. I had to look it up on youtube to see how it's supposed to look when full. Also, the 'quick start' guide isn't much. Whirlpool can do better!
