Dual Power Burners!

Good stove, 1 minor annoying flaw
Bought this stove last month, installation went smoothly, after getting use to the small differences between this and our last stove we are pleased. Having the oven temperature AND the timer share the same display is annoying but doable, and the timer alarm is not very loud, but overall a good product.
The one issue is with the cast iron grid over the burners: it slants about 1/4" to the back of the stove top. The stove itself is level (checked inside the oven per directions, and the top without the grid). We need a "fix" as food cooked on the stove top slides to the back of the pan.

So far so good, BUT.....
Only have had this installed for 36 hours and I like it so far, BUT the owners manual is not an operations manual and there is no operations manual online that I can find. I need an explanation of the controls and I also need the sound at the end of the timer to be louder. I am certainly not stupid but I would like detail on the keep warm (whatt temp, how long?) or the delay start. What about the frozen settings? It is not detailed enough for someone who like to use all the features! And the low level beep for the timer is awful, I have to be in the same room to hear it. I bake A LOT and cannot stand around waiting for the sound. My last Whirlpool was 7 years old and I loved that timer volume.

Gas range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am happy with the range, but there are a lot of things that I do not know about.
I am a very old senior with very little computer knowledge and no children or grandchildren to teach me. I have requested several times that I be mailed a user manual. It gets promised but nothing ever arrives so have no idea how some of the features on the gas range work.
