Love the small oven

The range in the house was also a Whirlpool and fine but I had this same range in our last house and loved it. With only two I of us I really only use the small oven and the bottom oven is used for holidays.

However, we liked the Black on Black range, instead of a white/silver-black we have over 10 years, making changing to the kitchen decor. Updating of the features on this item make it much easier and time consuming when preparing foods from bake, frozen,keeping warm and broil. Setting the time on this range is great. Fits perfectly in the space used for the previous range. The Whirlpool name delivers quality and long range usage for their products attracting buyers to continued to purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knobs are easier to grasp and turn smoothly. I love the variety of burner sizes that fit my different pots and pans. The burners are a steadier even heat making it easier to cook without scorching the food. I love the fact that it has multiple settings on it. I have not tried the frozen bake yet, but I know the other settings are working wonderfully on the ovens. I have baked several different dishes in both ovens and I have been very happy with the results, and so has my family. The oven doors open smoothly. I am looking forward to the holiday time to cook for sure. The true convection baked wonderfully as well. The window view and lights in both ovens allows me to view the food without opening the doors constantly. This is by far my favorite range I have had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the features of this oven, beginning with the dual ovens that allow me to cook the main course in the large lower oven, while cooking a side dish at the same time, but at a different temperature in the small upper oven. The stove top burners offer terrific versatility with the dual and triple burners that accommodate different pot and pan sizes and the Warmer burner is another useful feature. The fact that this is a Convection oven is the icing on the cake. Every meal I have made with this oven has been perfectly, and evenly cooked and delicious.

The flat top is the way to go and the duel and triple heating zones for the burners comes in very handy. We choose the dual oven feature since the kids are gone and it's wasteful heating a large oven for two people but will need both for family get togethers.The cook top doesn't heat any faster than our old exposed burner range, probable a little slower, but the oven heats quickly and we noticed our food is cooked more evenly.

Love the smaller oven on top. The lower oven takes a little getting used to bending down to open it since I have always had single ovens. But two is ideal.
