I only have to open the top portion for upright containers. It's really easy to move ( no more straining my back to clean because of the coasters/wheels!). The ice maker is a poor design!

On almost a daily routine, I must break up the ice cubes that have begun melting and then freezing into a block of ice cubes!

Worst refrigerator ever
We bought this refrigerator a few years ago and have had nothing but issues. First the led lights are out they went out right a way. Second the coils freeze up and we have to pull the drawer out to unthaw with a blow dryer, if we don’t everything on top is warm. When it gets frozen then the ice starts to melt and causes issues with the ice maker, and last the ice maker should have been down below and it’s way too small and takes forever for it to make ice.
