In door ice and water dispenser provide convenience and easy access without having to open the freezer door. Wide door storage shelves both in the refrigerator and freezer improve storage and item visibility. Ample deli and humidity control crisper drawers extend shelf life of produce and deli items. Not overly priced. easy to install. An ideal choice for a full sized refrigerator. I highly recommend this item.

I love the icemaker and water features on the door. We have not run out of ice, and we use a lot of ice. There is so much room in the freezer. I had a top freezer model before and a small apartment size chest freezer. I was able to get everything from both freezers into this side-by-side model. The refrigerator also has so much room in it. I have room to spare after I got everything in it. I have always had good luck with Whirlpool products and this is no exception. I highly recommend this side-by-side to anyone who is looking for a new model.

Shelves and drawers are easy to adjust and very flexible. front digital controls are fairly intuitive with the exception of turning on/off the ice maker. There is a physical toggle switch basically inside the icemaker- you have to open and remove the ice bin and the switch is on the inside wall of the icemaker space.

Excellent Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced my 17-year-old Whirlpool Gold GS6NBEXRQ01 side-by-side refrigerator. I like having the water filter in the refrigerator compartment and also the "Fresh Flow" air filtration that my old refrigerator did not have. However, it does not have a butter compartment in the door that my old one had and also does not have 1/3 and 2/3 cup selections on the "measured fill" which my old one had, and I miss that measured fill amount greatly as some recipes call for 1/3 or 2/3 cup. I like the lower hinge profile which allowed full recess into the cabinetry.

It is roomy and I love the convenience of the freezer door water and ice dispenser. It has a smudge proof exterior, deep shelves made out of tempered glass. Large adjustable condiment shelves in the refrigerator door. It also has a water filter inside the refrigerator. I am so grateful Whirlpool offers a side by side, most companies only offer bottom freeze refrigerators now. You cannot beat Whirlpool for dependability!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has been designed quite well. There are so many shelves and door shelves. Yes, like many have indicated, the ice maker is quite loud when it is dispensing ice from the door. We have not found this to be an issue at all. There is so much room in the freezer and the two drawers really hold little things together and hence create more room every where else. The anti fingerprint finish really works. 28cuft is really a nice amount of space and is more than we had before. I reconfigured the shelves to create small areas for baking items to be well confined. We are still working with the temperature as the refrigerated section is too cold yet we've upped the temperature to 47. The refrigerated section is still at 32.
