The middle back burner only puts out 700 watts. It doesn’t heat up as much or as fast as the others.

A good cooktop
This replaces a 20 year old Wolf cooktop. It heats up faster than my old one. I find this one difficult to get clean…it always seems to have a film on it. I also don’t like that it automatically locks, although in a home with children, I would think this is a good feature.

Wolf Cooktop
Not worth the money. The burners take way too long to heat up. In addition the all off button is way too sensitive and I have mistakenly turned off all the burners in the middle of a cook. The exact opposite is true for the lock button and I difficult to unlock trying to find the sweet spot. This is a pain as it locks itself a few minutes of all the burners are off. On a positive note, the design is easy to clean.
