Great price, works nice
Best price, bet competitors. I was looking for this stove size and was surprised how expensive they arr. I went to 4 different stores and look in internet and when I was in HD looking for better price when somebody approached me and my husband and told us that PC Richard & sons has the best price for that size, thanks to that customer I found a great deal!

Great Update
Excellent update over the previous model to comply with new regulations. You will not find a better stove for this price. The broiler pan was not customized so it barely squeezes into the drawer below but that is a relatively minor issue.

Oven review
Replaced an older version of this same oven. The interior is much more narrow than the former one. It barely fits a normal size cookie sheet. The drawer underneath is very small doesn’t fit cookie sheets or even the roasting pan that comes stock with the oven.

Good points and not so good...
Great looking, be aware of the different sized burners. Oven works great. Unfortunately the burner grates are not level and sauce pans and frying pans wobble.

Good value, reliable!
A fair return on the cost. The knob arrangement is odd, as is the broiler position- but everything works. Initially the factory installed gas lines were leaking, but after some liquid teflon was added to the threads and tightened- the gas leak issue was solved. I like the fact that the burners are sealed, and the stove came with the parts to do a LPG setup. Smart, very smart.

Ok range. Does the job. It feels a bit cheap. Not all the stove covers are level, some pots/pans don't sit flat. Oven doesn't preheat too quickly and temperatures don't really match the knob. I have an oven thermometer. Sometimes 500 on the knob equals about 400, even after sitting for a while. It's what you'd expect out of this oven but when you can only fit a 20in, there are not many options. The "higher" end ones don't have many more features. It would be nice if this had a beep or something when it's preheated to the desired temp.

doesn't reach temp
I bought the range about 2 months ago. the oven does not reach the set temp.to get the inside temp to 400 degrees, I have to set it at 475 degrees. It is a gas range.

Stay away from this unit !
I purchased this unit 2 years ago and the Oven thermostat died 1 month after the warranty and the replacement from China took 3 months and it turns out to not be the correct thermostat for this unit as the oven knob is now upside down and oven still cant hold temperature. Be aware that this unit is NOT a counter depth unit, don't the the 25" depth dimension fool you that includes the rear sheet metal and front handles. If you put this in standard depth cabinets you will have a 3" hole in the rear and about 1/2 inch on each side of your 20" opening. I have always shopped PC Richard and I redid my kitchen with all Bosch appliances purchased from them so I know what quality is and I cant believe they knowingly sell this unit. Pretty to look at not delightful to own...

NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH MY PURCHASE ...
I BOUGHT THIS STOVE AND I GOT THE DELIVERY LAST FRIDAY. THE TOP BURNERS ARE WORKING, BUT THE OVEN IS NOT WORKING. THE INSTRUCTIONS. SAY THAT YOU HAVE TO TURN ALL THE WAY UNTO THE END WHICH IS 500 DEGREE AND WAIT 15 SEC. AND THEN ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE WHEN YOU'RE USING FOR FIRST TIME,, BUT EVEN IF I DID THAT IT DOES NOT STAY ON, IT GOES OFF AFTER I RELEASE THE KNOB. CALLED THE SERVICE AND WAITING FOR THEM TO COME AND FIX IT. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PURCHASE.
