This stove is not for everyone, is very delicate, Easy to clean and use, Majority people want to use high flames, This stove have from high to low, Its works fine for me, I use Ninja products, I do not fry in this stove, I use the Ninja grill, I personally do not find anything wrong with this precious stove, I have bought Microwave, fridge. At PC RICHARD,They have the best quality than any other stores, anyone who owns this, must take good care of it, I have mine for 2 years, and stills look brand new, love this stove..

Great stove but needs better hookup accommodation
The back wall of the stove cover the whole back, therefore does not allow to backup the stove to the wall because of the length of city gas pipeline and the line. It would be nice if the manufacturer had left a cavity on the back to accommodate for this. Beside that the stove makes for a happy wife

Better than I thought!!
After reading some other reviews about how difficult it is to ignite the stove I was concerned. But after 2 weeks of daily use, it ignites in 2 seconds. Just push to click and turn to give it gas and it's on. No problem at all. My wife cooks all the time and likes the one small burner size for small pots.So far the quality seems good. Hopefully it will last a long time. As always P.C Richards is on top for service.

It's ok
Replacement fr my old stove. I hated my previous stove; hard to clean. This stove is awesome, easy to clean and use. My only issue is the flames. I cook alot i wish i knew first hand about the flames i would have went with something else (one low, two mediums and one large flames) i like to be able to control my own flames especially wen having multiple dish ro prepare

Clock Dont Work
I purchased this last week they deliver yesterday. The installer setup the time clock before he left an hour later still the same time. I adjusted it again and still not keeping time . Things happen i guess

Lightweight and compact
The metal is thin making this lightweight although factory installed screws so that it punched dent in bottom drawer. No way to fix this, it is a flaw that should be investigated.

I got broken glass in my oven. Not happy
I bought this 22 days ago and when it came I didn’t notice the glass of the oven on top side was broken. Feel so frustrated but I am having a lot of pressure cause I just moved in new apartment. Had a lot of problem so I just didn’t bother to go through with it

Very poor quality range
This stove sucks. Don't buy it. The four burners on top are extremely hard to regulate. The settings don't allow you to control the temperature and things either burn or cook too slowly. The oven is the worst. It doesn't get hot enough even on the highest temp which is 500 to reheat your food in in timely manner. My old stove would take 15 minutes on 350 to reheat completely. This oven takes about 30 minutes on 500 to complete the same task. I haven't even tried to cook something from start to finish in the oven. It looks nice but it's garbage. You get what you pay for. I'll never buy anything again from PC Richards. They tried to charge me $245 to install and get rid of the old stove. Luckily my buliding super did it for $80.

I must say the look of the stove is very nice but the oven is horrible it seems like it take food some much longer to cook sometimes I have to but it on 500 just to make sure the food is cook in a reasonable time

What a piece of garbage!
Not only does the oven fail to light half the time, but it sometimes just turns off half way through the cook. If you plan on cooking a small turkey... Forget about it

Avanti 24" Free Standing Gas Range
The electric start is very annoying and sometimes the smell of gas wafts through the kitchen before it ignites. I am not sure if this is a manufacturer defect, or what. If I had the choice, I would not get this oven. It takes way too long to light.

I don’t see instructions to set the digital clock included with the material. The default is set to 12:00 so I’m assuming it’s not just a timer plus there are two icons above the panel one indicating to set the clock and one for a timer.
Press set 1 time to adjust hour and 2 times for minutes.
When using timer press set 3 times and use arrow up to add minutes which will start counting down after a couple seconds and an alarm will sound at the end.
note: the timer will not turn the oven off automatically, is just to reminder.
