Beautiful and practical!
We’ve had this fireplace/cabinet combo for a few years now. It holds quite a bit and is attractive in our living room. The fireplace gives off real head and makes for a cozy atmosphere. We are pleased with our purchase.

Great Electric Fireplace and Media Console
This console solved 2 problems: New TV was too large for the old console and we really wanted a fireplace in our living room. Assembly took some time and the door hinges had to be taken apart to attach doors (not an issue). Everyone enjoys the new console! It looks wonderful in our space, the kids enjoy the fire, the 55" TV sits comfortably on top. The only real con is that despite the images showing electronics in the doors/behind the glass, there is only an opening for wires in the middle space above the fire. We chose to make that work instead of cutting holes and risking they looked bad.

Love it!
First let me give Francisco at the Bay Plaza store a huge shout out. He was patient even in the midst of Black Friday madness. I went in to order and went back to pick it up the next day. He was there at my service and made sure I didn’t have to wait. The box was heavy but my son and I managed to get in my house. I put most of it together alone (quite proud of myself). Had to follow the pictures carefully. My youngest son helped towards the end and it came out beautiful. Used it all day the next day and it kept my small living area warm and cozy and helped me and my kitties to relax on a damp Sunday.

I bought this on Black Friday on a whim for $250. The price was too good to pass up. It's big enough to hold a 65" TV comfortably. The flame effects look realistic, with an easy to use remote. My Living Room is big, and the heater does noticeably increase the temperature. The storage space is enough to store my cable box, two game consoles, and multiple game/DVD cases. Everyone who comes over remarks on how attractive it is. It's very study. Easy to put together. Buying another one for the bedroom.

midnight cherry cabinet
bought item on clearance. it did not come with the "fireplace", which was fine with me. I really wanted the cabinet. Cabinet is exactly what I wanted and "fireplace" part is where my stereo is so I'm satisfied with what I received.
I can't review a "fireplace" since that is not what I got.

Nice looking with 60" TV on it
I got this as a part of a black Friday sale. It's nice looking but does scratch very easily. The doors were also very difficult to put on and the instructions were not very clear. All in all for the size and price it's very nice. #sweepstakes

Wanting to love it
I purchased a month ago, waited for it to be in stock again then, delivery was a nightmare from pc Richards called customer still waiting for them to call me back, now time to set up, the door piece is defective not only do they have two holes when it should be four the screws keep on turning so that’s a no.. at this point and time i’m upset
I may never buy anything from this business again
There are plenty of other stores selling the same items and it’s their customer service that sets them apart from the rest

Worked great, for the first year
I purchased this TV Stand a little over a year ago from my local PC Richard. The unit took about an hour to assemble and went together with no issues. Fall/Winter 2019 was toasty, the fireplace insert did a respectable job warming an area approximately 600sq ft. Fast forward to this year - the unit refuses to stay on. I've tried everything short of replacing the unit and cannot get it to work longer than 30 seconds before throwing an E5 message and turning itself off.
I would have highly recommended this unit last year - it looks great and is very sturdy. The fireplace feature weighed in heavily on the purchase, and since that no longer functions I have to revise my initial thoughts on the product.
Save your money and just buy a similar unit w/o the fireplace. This one is far less than expected and the only recommendation I can make is for prospective buyers to look elsewhere.

Heater never worked, purchased over 3 years ago. Multiple part changes from manufacturer and still nothing.
Put in a separate outlet because of the code said it was over heating. .... nothing. after all that the warranty expired. looked to replace the fireplace and it was almost as much as the entire entertainment center.
