Amazingly Clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazingly clean. The sanitizing makes a huge difference. I've had bissell vac mops from the beginning of time. I have lots of pets & kids. This is by far the best !

Love it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the tineco version and it's already having issues. So i bought the bissell and love it, even their customer service was amazing. I have 2 large dogs and love that the hair doesn't come out of the vacuum in clumps like the tineco did.

Great for keeping floors clean despite our cats efforts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a lot of hard floor surfaces and 2 indoor/outdoor cats that make zero effort to clean their paws before coming into the house. So this Wet/Dry Vac combo is awesome at keeping our floors paw print clean.

My Christmas present to myself!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I clean my hard floors at least 5 days a week with this machine. There is always something to clean up from our pets in the house. It's easy to use and pretty quick to dump the dirty water and exchange for new. This is my 3rd Crosswave, 1st for the Hydrosteam.

GAME CHANGER
My goodness. I was blown away by this little guy. It should be on everyone's next christmas, birthday, mothers day, Thanksgiving, president's day etc wish list. Just took a stressed cat, theres so much cat pee pee everywhere home and got the smell out of the porous tiles (thankfully). Cannot reccomend this enough. Only complaint is the small volume the dirty water holds despite the size of the bottle

Best vac after hours of internet searching for vacs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vac was excellent but too large for me. However, the customer service, the return of the vac, the quick reverse on my credit card was the very best that I have ever encountered in the last 20 years. Customer service and refunds are most times tedious and takes most times it takes2 + weeks to get your money back - if you ever do. Because of their excellent customer service, I am now looking to buy a hand held vac and I donated to the Pet foundation. I will never buy any other vac than a Bissell

I was at a loss of how to clean it in addition to the use of my normal dry vac. I have been aware of Bissell's products for a long time and decided to try their Crosswave wet vac. It has been performed very well in my first two uses. Handling the filling and emptying of the water and solution are added, but easy activities, compared to just using a dry vac, but it actually performs both the dry and wet vacuuming in the same operation.
