Set up an assembly

Robust construction
The weight gives away the quality of the unit. It did have plastic & paper between the halves which I don't think is really needed and you have to seperate the two halves to remove it anyways.
It is very good value for the money, I have been keeping my eye out for a good griddle for the last two years and pounced on this one when I saw it.

I have cooked a few meals at home for two, and everything tasted great. Then, I took it on a camping trip. I was a bit concerned that the 22" cooktop would be too small, but I was able to cook enough stir fry for six men. And that was great also. Love the Blackstone and plan to use it often, just for dinner at home and for guests.

This model was quick to put together and super easy to use. It took me 10 minutes to pull it out of the box and start cooking.
This was the best purchase we have made. Both my wife and I can use it. I made fried rice too start and she made a full slab of bacon the next morning.
