Suits my needs!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having gone without a dishwasher for well over a year, I am especially appreciative of this time and water saving machine. It's far quieter then previous dishwashers I have used. I could not believe there is no need to rinse the dishes, but it's true! Cleaning the filter in the bottom of the tub is super user friendly. Even the technicians that installed the machine commented that they rarely have problems with Bosch dishwashers and highly recommended. It's too early to affirm, but so far so good. Customer care over the phone was excellent and reachable day and night! I have just two minor issues- 1) I have yet to figure out how to turn off the drying cycle (to save energy) and 2) it would be nice if there was slightly more space on the sides of the bottom rack to stand tall wider pans.

Starting to use the smart cycles and promgraming pretty cool and easy to use. The only complaint I have so far is the bottom each I hate that the rodes are angled making it difficult to put a lot of items that are round on it .

It does the job!

It is very quiet, and has plenty of space on both racks. I gave it four stars because the silverware basket is small, and it seems a bit cumbersome to fit items on the bottom rack in a way that maximizes the space available. This is probably more of a learning curve on our end.

What I really hate is the bottom rack is very unusual. The spikes are too close together. I thought all racks were the same but obviously not. Have to put dishes and bowls in ever other rack. Didn't look at racks when buying on line. I have an old kitchen and there are not a lot of models that fit in the area I have. Wish I would have looked more closely at rack design. Kind of stuck with this dishwasher.....
