I like how quiet it is and it's done a good job cleaning everything. There is a lot of space inside and I like the very top 3rd level rack. It took me a little while to figure out how to connect and work the app as I've never had that before, but now I figured it out. I would recommend this product.

Bosch Dishwashers are great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We redesigned our kitchen in 2005 and chose a Bosch dishwasher. It lasted 19 years and worked flawlessly. We just replaced it with a newer model. It works well and the new feature of a rack just for cutlery is a significant improvement over the older models that just had a basket for cutlery. The samitization mode is what we primarily use and it works extremely well. The dishwasher is much quiter than our old one so you have to keep an eye out for the red light shining on the floor to keep from accidentally opening the door while the dishwasher is operating. We are very satisfied with the purchase.

There bottom level dishes dry very well and top level dishes may be moist and the utensils are mostly dry and very shiny. I use the Finish products (quantum detergent pods, drying aide)

The old one was 22 years old and had provided us with trouble free service. But we wanted some of the new features available and we knew the old one was going to go. The new series 300 is performing better than we expected...has more features for cleaning, holds much more, uses less water, washes cycles that are shorter and is wi-fi enabled! We love it!

I don't know whether there is a technical issue or if it is just confusing but sometimes we just cannot get it to pick a cycle and start a wash.

Remote operation a big step backwards
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote operation of my new Bosch dishwasher is a big step backwards. I only use it to delay the start until lower PGE rates apply. I have solar panels with battery backup and an EV. Consequently I have tiered electricity rates and want to run the dishwasher at the lowest rates. This was easily accomplished with my previous Bosch dishwasher which had a delay button and lasted for 20 years until the pump wore out. It is totally ridiculous to require users to use their phones to invoke a delay. Please engineer a simple delay feature on the control panel to eliminate the hassle of having to use my phone to accomplish this simple function. Otherwise I love the new dishwasher and am glad I purchased it,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying our new dishwasher. We like the fact that it is so quiet and is doing a good job cleaning the dishes and glasses.
We do have a couple of suggestions. The information provided in determining the making of the custom panel were unclear. Description of the handle needed and its installation were also inadequate. If it wasn't for the fact that we had a really helpful cabinet maker, we might have chosen a different machine.
The middle shelf which is primarily made for glasses, has quite a large opening at the back of the shelf. We have had a glass slip through the opening during loading and unloading and so can only put something either non-breakable or quite large in those spots.
We are hoping that your dishwasher lasts us for years as our previous dishwasher ( not a Bosch) was installed when we first remodel our kitchen 42 years ago. It did a great job with only minor repairs.

My new dishwasher- 300 model - is almost as good as the 18 year old model it replaced.
The red light is great - didn't have that on the old one.
Often times, just closing the door will start the cycle - not good. The 4 second reset button seems superfluous.
The dishwasher cleans vey well.
The silverware tray is nice, but easy to jumble the silverware unless closed very gently - sometimes hard to do as the heavy door closes quickly and strongly unless caught.
