Our plumber knew just how to install but we did have to get an electrician to come in to make sure there was a plug for it. It's working great and it cleans the dishes very well.

Two Weeks with our BOSCH
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very satisfied with our unit. We don't run the the dishwasher every day so were pleased that it does a superb job cleaning dried on food.
So far the AUTO setting has been our favorite as it takes out the guess work for choosing the correct cycle. I'd like to come back in a year and update this review. But, I'm betting our satisfaction over this purchase will even be higher.

Awesome Bosch 500 dishwasher black
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is amazing for our small family. We have had it for just over a month with daily use. The dishes come out clean and there is no residue. It averages 4.2 gals of water a cycle which seems very efficient. The adjustable racks are extremely usefully, the amount that fits is very surprising. We use block of soap it is fully dissolved during the cycle. Over all very pleased, we are very thankful that we waited and saved for this model.

Best Purchase I've Made
My old dishwasher was washing fine. Started to make noise, and it was old, but still cleaned well like the day I got it. It was not until I bought the Bosch 500 Series Dishasher that I realised how well dishes can be cleaned. What I thought was good, Bosch made way better!

And the app is very helpful because it alerts you when your rinse aid is running low. The only thing I don't like about it is that I haven't found a loading configuration for the middle rack that works well...something is always rolling to the side, or not quite stable, and I end up not being able to use the space as efficiently as I'd like. But that's a minor frustration. Overall a great machine.

Quiet and effective

Sometimes we think it is too quiet as we have accidentally opened it because we forgot it was running. We hope to get used to it and look for the indicator light that points to the floor. We might have to get a different rug that lays in front of the kitchen sink so the light shows better.

They are the most quiet dishwasher ever and that alone is why we wouldn't buy anything else. The new Bosch has more options than our old one but that just is neither good or bad. Very happy with our first Bosch Dishwasher
