Clean dishes!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous dishwasher was a high end Kitchen Aid from perhaps the 90s? Early 2000s? I had to scrub the dishes before putting in there otherwise the dishes wouldn't be clean. I thought that was the best I could do! I was wrong! I don't even have to rinse my dishes now and everything comes out squeaky clean. Oddly, if cilantro hitches a ride on a dish, I have sometimes seen it stuck to a clean dish but I just make an effort to clean off green leaves before putting in the DW and we are all good. Soooo quiet! Love the red "on" light! Love the WiFi connection and app! Amazing!

Very Happy Customer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous dishwasher went out late summer 2024. It had replaced a lackluster dishwasher and lived up to the same poor performance so we delayed replacing it. This was my first time to purchase a Bosch and I did so after reading every review I could find. I've always had to pre wash dishes even when the instructions said it wasn't necessary. So that was the first improvement I was determined to validate even when it was so foreign to my preprogrammimng. The Bosch has easily cleaned my dirty dishes even when they were washed at night after sitting in the dishwasher since that morning. I was so happily surprised. I've not quite convinced my entire family to just scrape off the chunks and load the dishwasher but eventually they'll become believers. This is a 500 series that opens the door at the end of the cycle to help dry the dishes. I really like this feature. I run the dishwasher at night and wake up to an open door indicating it did it's job. Some cup bottoms with rims may still be a little wet but not much. Unloading from the bottom first prevents drops falling on other dishes. The dishwasher doesn't have that heating coil for drying at the bottom. This allows me to load my big salad or mixing bowls on the larger bottom each without fear of something melting or warping. No more hand washing those and other plastic things. I really love the top flatware/utinsel rack. I load the flatware so forks are together, spoons are together, etc. This makes quick work of unloading and storing those items while prepping the dishwasher to hide dirty dishes used throughout the day. That works great for my routine. All in all I'm a happy customer. If I get the length of service Bosch is known for I'm sure to be completely happy.

The functionality is amazing. The rack adjustments add the height needed for certain items and the air dry works great. Very happy and highly recommend.

Replaced an existing bosch dishwasher which was bought in June, 2002. Yes, 23 years without any issues. That's why went it finally saw it's last days, there was no question we would buy,another bosch. Just fyi, have a bosch built in convection oven also bought on June, 2002. Still works perfectly. Should it every need replacement no question it will be another bosch. Keep building outstanding products!!

The only downside I have had is you have to have the app to know around what time it will be done, there is not visual on the appliance to indicate how soon or when it will be complete with it's cycle.

Incredibly quiet

The best thing is how quiet it is. I know there are other companies that make quiet dishwashers but I still can hear them. This dishwasher is so quiet I need to look at the light the Bosch dishwasher cast on the floor to know that it is running. This just shows the quality that is built in to Bosch dishwashers.

Air dry option is so worth it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying our new dishwasher, having had it about a month. I love the top rack for Silverware and the versatility of the racks. The air dry is AMAZING and I'm so glad we got it. It does a good job cleaning. The first few washes were the shiniest I've ever seen our dishes. After that it feels they are sort of back to "normal" clean despite having jet dry and using the same finish pods. I'm not sure the difference, it could be because our water is just very hard, but it still cleans well and the air dry is everything to me.

i load it full, but use the 'half-load' feature and everything comes out just as clean as can be. Usually nothing too sticky or caught on.
Lots of times, I watch the time, and open it to mostly air dry.
i really like this unit.
Also, the filter is easy to clean, and I try not to let it go more than a couple of weeks.

Very Good Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to get a new dishwasher since the one that was installed when our home was built (a previous owner) worked fine but the door hinge failed and it was going to be almost as much to get it repaired as to replace. Very much like the internal and external design and functionality of this model. We could not replace the custom wood door cover on this model, but fits well with our other stainless appliances. Cleans great. Love the way you can have the door open to release heat once cycle is complete.
