Absolutely Love It!

Although this is the smaller version, it gets the job done. I will say, if you have a larger family and love to cook, I would highly recommend the larger version. However, don't let that sway you from purchasing this one. Would absolutely purchase again.

THe shelves are at eye level which makes it easy to see where everything is located. THe doors close very smoothly and securely. The icemaker does not take up much space so you have more room for food items. Vegetable bins are large and easy to open & close. Freezer has deep basket and sliding drawer at top of freezer.

Our Bosch French Door 500 Reg Depth Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Bosch B36FD50SNS (500 Series refrigerator) about 6 weeks ago. Had it installed just in time for the Holiday season. It has performed flawlessly, keeping the fresh food compartment at the default 37 deg. temp with no freezing. Freezer compartment also works perfectly keeping the temp at 0 deg. We have not needed to use the ice maker since it's now winter time, but it does work well. Water delivery through the door works just fine. (During its first week the water flow was a bit strong creating a little splash of water when used but not now). We have noted as others have that the right hand door does take a little bit more of a nudge to close fully than the left side - because of its hinged flap closure mechanism. That is certainly acceptable. There are a few minor things to mention. One is that it would be nice to have a few more shelf position options in the right hand door (eg. top shelf could have a lower position for larger condiment bottles). Another thing is that the two upper shelves in the left hand door are designed with a middle area shelf edge cutout which leaves only about an inch of shelf wall. It is only useful for small short bottles but not the skinny tippy condiment bottles, which will tip over or could fall out when opening the left door. In general I would say we're very pleased with the refrigerator so far.

Lighting couldn't be better. Can see everything easily inside the frig and the freezer. Highly recommedn this unit. Veg and Fruit bins keep items way longer than my old frig - now i think they would last 2 Weeks.

Great refrigerator!

It has a nice storage capacity in both the refrigerator and freezer for our family and is larger than what we had previously. The drawers slide smoothly and are solidly constructed. The water filter is inside the fridge at the top right, so no longer having to change a filter in the lower grille cover is much appreciated. Setting up the app was very easy. We highly recommend this fridge!

We debated over an LG model that was similar and after trying the LG in home for a few days, opted to exchange for the Bosch after all. It is much more solid in the build and has a completely different feel. We like the ice maker feature in the door better than the LG as well - it was higher and also less complicated with settings/features. Overall, a better product for us and one we hope will last for 10+ years. Our last refrigerator was 12+ yrs old.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are really glad we spent a bit more to upgrade to a Bosch from a more "mainstream" brand. Form and function meet perfectly in this refrigerator. Controls are intuitive and moving shelves around, if necessary, is a simple. We have found no need to move around shelves though, since once we set up the shelves the way we like them, there is space for bulky objects (stew in the pot) and everything else!

Excellent Refrigerator, great quality and features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 5 year old LG fridge died and I was looking to buy something to replace it. I have read a number of reviewes and after purchasing a Bosch dishwasher last year I decided I want to get a Bosch fridge. I am glad I did. The fridge is solidly build, it is roomy, it has all the features I need and more and it works really well. Our food lasts and keeps so much better than our previous fridge, it isn't even close.
There are a few minor issues, at the bottom where both doors meet, there is a slight gap and I was trying to adjust the doors to close it, ultimately it is still there, but I found a workaround for it. I think Bosch is doing an excellent job, but they need more attention to detail in the QC process.
Overall we are very happy with the fridge, I hope it lasts more than 5 years.
