Nice Little Printer
This has performed very well in the roughly 6 weeks that I have had it. I really appreciated getting a full set of ink with the purchase. The two-sided printing has worked very well. I only wish the paper capacity was somewhat larger.

We are mostly happy with this product. Occasionally it takes a bit to recognize a print request, but it always wakes up and prints. It is faster than our previous printer a cannon, that had slowed down after about ten years of use. So far we are happy with the print quality and it's overall good interactions with our various inputs........an iMac, a MacBookPro and an iPhone. Set up had the general swearing that we older folks have with new technology.....I'll admit I have been drug kicking and screaming into the computer age. I'm learning but the curve is steep when you are a baby boomer.

Love this printer
Great printer, very sophisticated and yet very easy to operate. I did have trouble finding a place to purchase the ink. Everyone was sold out! I don't need the ink yet but wanted to have some on hand. Glad I was finally able to find it. Cost wise so much more reasonable than the old fashioned cartridges.

Love this printer SO MUCH!!

Very good printer and reasonable price
This printer seems to work well. Had to do setup twice as it wouldn't come on by itself but after doing it a second time worked great. Musc faster than my last Brother printer. So far happy with purchase. Haven't tried the wireless printing yet.

Best for Ease of Set Up and Use
I tried Canon and HP both were ridiculous at trying to hook up with my laptop to print. Brother was suggested and I’m so glad I found them! No problems printing from my laptop and from my phone! Only will buy Brother printers from now on!

I'm happy with the printer, however, I'm frustrated with print on the control panel. Too small and having it printed in white makes it too hard to read. Please keep in mind that some of us senior customers have vision trouble. I bought this printer which was better than my old printer, but i really struggle with this. Can you please consider having the print on "FAX, COPY, SCAN" in red or black or some color that shows up.

Always ready from every device- no problems!
Oh my goodness! So glad I bought this brand.
Not kidding- suffered with my HP for years- constantly losing WiFi connection- saying Not Ready- troubleshooting- enough said .
I haven’t had a single negative issue with my new Brother Inkvestment printer- highly recommend!

I have bought a lot of printers, but I can say this printer by far is the best and easiest to setup and operate. Now as they don’t discontinue it. Which is what normally happens when anyone comes up with something good.

Steady, reliable and quality.
Steady, reliable, and quality. It’s churned out hundreds of pages and it’s not even down to half the black ink. When you select best quality, it really does look professional and great. I use the WiFi feature to send documents and it’s great.
