I have used brother products for my business since 1989 all models have performed as good or better than other brands. Brothers products have been super easy to use. I’m sold on the brothers quality, durability and user friendly.

Great Multi-Functional Product
This printer has worked wonderfully. I purchased it mainly for scanning and it hasn't skipped a beat. Printer has been great too. If I had too, I would buy again. My husband has his own set up but will have to get a new computer soon and he isn't sure the printer he has will work as it's a bit older so we may be purchasing another one of these.

Better than the HP in the same class.
This is a very good home printer. I only print occasionally, but so far print quality is excellent. It scanned a few documents perfectly, and I printed on both sides of the paper worked perfectly. Set up was pretty straightforward. I did have some issues with Wi-Fi between my laptop and my phone, but both devices print seamlessly now.

I’ve had HP and cannon and I tried Brother because I felt the others were using too much ink. This is my second Brother. I bought the first 5 years ago and would still have it if not for falling out the back of my SUV. I find the print quality to be very good and photo printing to be good for an inkjet. I don’t use the printer alot and it doesn’t cycle thru maintenance alot using ink when I’m not using it. I recently purchased a second Brother printer for when I return home to PA.

Could not be happier
We have used our MFC-J1010DW for three months now and could not be happier. I had a Brother Mono Lazer for over 10 years, and was very skeptical of getting the IJ, but when I saw we could get a year of ink free, I could not pass it up. I figured I would use it for a year, saving up for a color lazer. I do not see replacing this printer until it dies. It has perfomed as expected and beyond wired and wirelessly. Easy set up, and vibrant colors. Scaning is much easier than the office scaner, and the OCR so far is flawless. Very little editing whether paper is up, down, or sidways. I will be purshing another for my mom.

Best printer I've had.
Best printer I've had. I've had Canon and HP and only went to Brother because my wife has one for many years. Now I know why. They work. Quick printing. Good photo reproduction. Nice colors. Easy to set up and use.

Did it print my 40 page report?
I really like this printer. It seems to be able to handle everything I need done. I was concerned it might not print a 40 page report but it did just fine. The ink seems to last a good amount of time. It was easy setup for me.

easy to set up
Love this printer, It's easy to set up especially the wireless access. I had a HP prior to this and was never able to get the wireless access to work. Using this machine was a breeze and I have it set up on multiple devices. The print quality is good and all the features work as they should. its a great printer for the price.

The most reliable printer out there.
I have an older version of this printer (approx 8 yrs old now), and it continues to work like a charm. We purchased several other printers for my son…. And returned all of them. These were the modern, expensive, fancy ones. They were glitchy, difficult to operate, and didn’t scan math homework (written in pencil) well at all. We didn’t need them to do much more than that… just scan homework. And they were awful. We ended up getting this Brother printer. It works perfectly. No issues. Easy to operate. Reliable. If you need a simple printer/scanner that will work reliably for a long time, this is it.

A real work horse at a great price
This is my 3rd personal Brother inkjet printer, purchased to replace a 16 year old one. The quality of the print is exceptional. All features work easily. Wish it held more paper for fewer refills, but at the price I chose to go with this model. I’ve used Brother printers at office & home for 30 years as they are extremely trouble free even under heavy use.

Great Printer❗
Nice Printer I bought 2of these the only problem is Brother needs to let us give the printer a name, as i have both printers on my one acct and i have no way to know which printer i send a print to.
Great Printer, i always buy brother best printer on the market, stup is straight forward just follow what it tells you to do.
The print comes out clean and beautiful, this printer is a great buy.
If your looking at this printer just buy it❗
