This offer is limited to the original purchaser.
You must have the receipt or packing slip.
The soundbar must be properly working and must not be damaged or scratched.
The soundbar and any brackets or other accessories must be returned to the store where purchased, in the original packaging, together with all manuals and brochures.
The cost of any installation will NOT be refunded.
Limit of a total of two (2) returns or exchanges per household.
For online purchases only, the cost of return shipping is included in this Guarantee.
